Customer service was excellent! The person at the window, Renee, was professional and nice too. I reiterated pickles on the side to him and I saw him let the cooks know. Sadly there was NO PICKLES :-( .... I wonder if they charged me ??? I didn't get a receipt sadly. Anyway, the burger was not as good as yesterday's burger. Same for the fries. Today the buyer seemed as if if was sitting in some meat drawer food warmer. There was barely a chargrilled taste to it. Although the edges of the burger meat appeared chargrilled, the patties in its entirety looked boiled I guess. Good news!!!! Today they applied two whole pieces of cheese to the burger compared to yesterday. They didn't hardly put any onions on the burger compared to yesterday. Most of the onion was ONION PEEL :-( ... One or two pieces is forgivable but it was a few. I could have regurgitated with just the thoughts running thru my mind about the chemicals on the onion peel. They didn't hardly put any lettuce on the burger either. What is this about??? Im guessing because there was no line, I got the leftovers ...lol... Well, I am glad to have at least experienced this place again. I think I will just take a long break. When I do go back, I'll be sure to make sure they look very busy, that way, I know product is moving and not just sitting around warming. The Poppers were good. I don't have an ethical objection to the A.I. ordering here, but a practical one: it's terrible at taking orders. 1) My order is wrong 20% of the time. 2) The "Okay, I've got that." after every item in a large order takes forever and cuts me off if I try to order multiple things quickly. 3) The upsale-ing efforts are constant and moronic. If I quickly order a breakfast burrito and a coffee at 6am, a human knows that's my whole order. The A.I. will check to make sure I don't want to add on a Diablo Thickburger and then check again if I want a chocolate shake. Has anyone ever added a Diablo thickburger and a chocolate shake to a 6am breakfast order? I doubt it. AI ordering might be a good idea when it gets better, but it's nowhere near good enough yet. Incorrect orders , When confronted by phone on 2/15/2022 after the 4th time in less than 2 months of being frustrated, was told by acting manager ( rude) that I must have made the mistake, but that I could bring it back to get it corrected. This location really surprised me, rush hour lunch time, a line of maybe 5-6 cars and I was on my way in less than 8 minutes. I didn't have to repeat my order 2 or 3 times to be taken correctly. I said it once, verified it at the screen, paid, picked up my order and I was gone! I usually don't do drive-thrus because it limits my review material. But I really need to point out the speed of service, customer service, those two deserve major props!! The outside of the building does need some TLC, a lot of spider webs on the outside, broken bricks but nothing that would indicate a dirty restaurant. While on the window, I noticed that the employees were clean and well groomed, it didn't look messy or filthy. My order was correct and it seemed professionally made, by that I mean, the burgers looked like they were builded not tossed all together. Avoid other restaurants that use rules to hurt your feelings because this Carl's Jr. knows how to be so dynamic with an appropriate presentation of food, burgers and fries all over the map and Coke de Mexico. There's burgers of delightful sizes which only add on to the prestige you may assume while enjoying BBQ sauce, guac, sesame seeds, western bacon, and of course plenty of other delectables that can help make your long road trip easier. Meals can be considered big or small depending on your preconceived notions. My mom respects a Santa Fe recipe of theirs before going for a nice soda fountain where you can get cup after cup of your bubbling favorite, as long as you also check out the tea a lot of people just seem to abandon while walking toward seats with true, strong colors. Everything just seems to have colors, including the rad T-shirts and football hats someone probably has occasion to witness for the mobile life travelers take charge of. Most of all, before coming here, remember to work it out for a nice appearance toward the glowing menu and take care of your mouth. Yes, I'm making the implications about that strange McDonald's you may have been to where, although I don't work for them, more than a few odd stories have been passed between my family and their workers over the correct kinds of vegetable oil and whether or not McDonald's fries are so obvious to cook. Carl's Jr. is quite a mystery to me since I've only had the privilege of venturing through the lobby and making no assumptions about their cooking process. Something can be said for fries in that Carl's Jr. and McDonald's have to check temperature, quality, and performance to dig the potatoes out. Besides, I enjoy tasting different goods just to get the day rolling, sit at a table with a quick tray, and enjoy comfort food as I remember my dreams. An example of comfort food includes the Big Carl at Carl's Jr. and the Big Mac at McDonald's, sandwiches which almost seem to be like twins of whom one is good and one is evil, lettuce of one sandwich not very comparable to the other's, with two sauces of which one is more like an official organization's secret code. However I eat either sandwich, sauces are to be remarked on with extreme prejudice until my mind is made up on what delicious stuff can be in comparison to alternatives with variable forms of zing and flavors. Thousand island dressing can take lots of recipes to a whole new level even if it comes and goes with varying ingredients, hence it's to be said recipes can be different while so many of them still pass even with implicating presentations. Palmdale itself is a sweet treat to go for on vacation if you're searching for Antique Asylum and a huge Wal-Mart and yet Carl's Jr. on this east avenue vicinity shows great demonstration of enthusiasm on the part of interested workers and the decorated lobby is filled with hungry desert rats who enjoy such well-cooked food to the point of immediate satisfaction. Of course, we'll just have to figure out how big that point is if we are to savor BBQ sauce with rough fries. Rough fries as Carl's Jr. has them are presented as they are in texture to let fast-food mongers have a fair share of the Big Carl's monstrous size and take personal command of the local soda fountain, because I've enjoyed guac with a Six-Dollar Burger before taking a leap of faith towards soft chewable cookies hanging somewhere in a clear plastic container. Freshness is a constant state of mind for Carl's Jr. as they compete next door to traffic, when cars go off the deep end and save the planet from too many people walking with exhaustion. read more

This is a general review for ALL Carl's Jr. This one just happens to be closest to me. I am very disappointed that they finally came up with an innovation worth keeping. This ingenius being the Philly Cheesesteak burger. It was recently discontinued and I had the unfortunate experience of finding this out last week while on my lunch break. I had to settle for the low carb burger which I guess if I was a religious nut I would take this as "sign from god." And there is something about Holidays, and this is site you can ask questions about the food and and you will get a blank stare of if one of the younger employees starts to answer a Older woman will"talk over" and just start rattling off food types.
