If I could give this a negative start, I would really bad customer service. Overall, I wouldn't come back here. I usually always have a good experience. A Carl's Jr. I've been to plenty of cars. Jr and never have I've been treated the way I was today. try to order the kids meal for my kids with chicken stars, They said they were completely out. I tried to order jalapeño poppers. They said they were completely out. I wanted to ketchup . They were completely out. I had ordered five meals all small size. All of the cups that I was handed where the kids SIZE cups. I told the cashier. Why are you hanging me? This all of my orders had small cups, and he claimed that those were small indeed when they were not, there were kids size cups, so I paid for something and I didn't even receive They have ketchup in the back that they use use for the burgers. I asked if I could have ketchup because my daughter was crying. If I can have it in a small plate or a cup. The cashier was so rude. He said that he had a lot of orders and that I was going to wait until all of the orders were handed out, Just so I can get ketchup. I also ordered onion rings and they were all broken and super fried for something I paid for, and was totally messed up. Everyone seems so rude and I even asked the manager. Why was he rude, he claimed that nobody was being rude, when in fact, I was treated unfairly do not come here if you want to be treated and fairly and have your food all messed up and also, they don't have everything in stock. They claimed a lot of things were out I also try to pay it with $100 bill. My order came out to be a $80 so and return. He just had to give me a $20 bill. He claim he had no change and didn't wanna accept my money I ended up playing with a card but overall everybody was rude and never have been treated this way. I've been to plenty of cars. Ordered fish sandwich. No lettuce. No sauce. Sub mayo. Add cheese. Received sandwich with lettuce/cold cheese tossed on top. Took it back inside. Manager told cook who finished another order first. 6:9/2026. I went through the drive thru/ Oakdale and ordered the Spicy Chicken Max Sandwich for $5.99 plus tax. I'll say this, that was the nastiest soggy pile of mush I think I've ever had! I live in Oakdale so I pretty much started eating it in about 5 minutes after I left the drive thru! I took 2 bites and dumped it in the garbage can. I think this is a good choice for fast food in our area. Carl's Jr. always makes your order fresh, so the wait is longer than most fast food places. The customer service is great. The restaurant is very clean. The price is decent. I love the fried zucchini from Carl's Jr. If your in the mood for some cholesterol filled lunch that probably has more fat than per daily allowance this is just the right place for you. read more

Been going to Carl Jr's for years, tonight my wife had her usual Famous Star and I had the 5 piece chicken strips. Her FS was not even charbroil and it was the thinnest patty I've ever seen. My chicken strips were the size of chicken fingers, they used to be the best strips big tasty and real. Stay away from this rip off place. Strips turned into fake chicken fingers AND burger patty is small and thin. Took 2 of the best stuff at CJ and turned them into total garbage. Ordered my food and made sure to ask for extra sauce because I know some places charge extra for it. They didn't give it to me. When I asked again, they REFUSED to give me one extra sauce without paying for it. I'm not pulling my credit card back out and running it for another $0.25. Apparently there is a new manager. I tried to order a spicy chicken sandwich plain with ranch. I have always ordered this. There has never been a problem adding it for me before. When I want great fast food burgers I head to Carl's Jr (even though its so very expensive) Last night was such a disappointment. 1st. No one ever told us nor did the monitor show our total cost when we placed our order. 2nd. When we arrived at the window again he just repeated our order but no total cost was given. 3rd. I handed him my card and when I received the receipt they had charged me for a 24 oz lemonade that I didn't order. It took two people to figure out how to refund my money. 4th. The burgers were cold and smothered in ketchup both bottom and top. We called them cold ketchup burgers. Is this a scam and they just hope no one notices the extra charges? (who knows?) If I'm going to pay double or even triple for a burger in comparison to other FF places make it a good quality burger. Having to select one star is higher rating than this Carl's Jr and the management deserves. I ordered 2 of their burgers I had a special request for both burgers. I made sure the person taking the order, ringing up the order and delivering the order knew how the burgers were to be . I got home and the 2 burgers that I ordered was a disaster.. Whoever is the Day Manager on Sundays needs better Quality Control, or needs to be replaced. So sick of asking for NO KETCHUP at this place (or any other special request for that matter), and they continue to slap everything together (just like the picture book shows them). Please GOD tell me why these egg heads are worth $15-$20 an hour, when they cant even make a F*cking sandwich the way it was ordered. Then to top it off, the put the chunky top of the tomato (yes, the big green part where the stem comes out) on my burger as well. I NEVER post bad reviews on a single incident, because we all make mistakes, and we all have bad days. When those issues become an everyday experience, I feel this is the best way for upper management to see, that the machine is not so "well oiled". I could understand if they were overly busy, but I was the only car in line at 2 in the afternoon, with a half empty parking lot. It's fast food, so obviously I'm grading on a curve here, but as fast food locations go, this Carl's is a pretty good one. Both the dining area and the restroom were spotless, the counter staff were friendly and efficient, and the food was well prepared and sent out quickly.
