The drive-thru sometimes takes so long to get food, it can be very frustrating. If you are in a hurry it's probably better to go inside and order for go to a different fast food restaurant.

Wondered why there were so many chunks in my iced tea and it tasted slimy. Full of scum and mildew. I wonder what else is filthy there?

I went in to order dinner for my husband and I. Went to the bathroom first. No toilet paper in either stall and one toilet was clogged. Came out to order and tell about bathroom. A worker there said he was going to check the bathroom, so I didn't say anything. He was a young black man with braids and wore his pants down under his butt with his dirty panties showing. He walked in and came right out and said "bathrooms are good" . I guess clogged and flooded with no tp is good there. Well, whatever so I order. There are 2 tables in the restaurant, one has their food other is waiting, then me. Took 17 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, fries? Also please see my picture of the ice tea canister. I was wondering my my tea tastes slimy, then I sucked up a chunk. So I went over and pulled the lid off of it and got a faceful of rancid mildew. Just covered in thick gross scum. If this is what they keep out front for anyone to see, can you imagine the filth they have in the back? BARF!

It looks good and they were hot right of the fryer when I opened the box so I hope there good

I really do not like being told to pull into a parking spot while in the drive thru.

I can't believe I haven't shared a review of this spot yet! Friendly staff and just a very well oiled-machine. The Vietnamese Chicken Salad is something to write home about. Served with a Peanut Lime Vinaigrette, the salad has a variety of lettuces, mung beans sprouts, peanuts, crispy fried chicken breast, green onions, pickled red Fresno chiles, and I'm sure I'm missing a few ingredients :) it's so delicious and worthy of its own review. The burgers and onion rings with ranch sauce, always superb. Honestly, never had a bad meal here. The menu also features an Ahi Burger, Cubano Sandwich, and a variety of unique burger options including turkey burgers, Impossible burgers, beef patties, and also Impossible chicken nuggets. There's plenty of other fun sides like chili cheese fries and fried Brussels, and other menu items including tacos, hot dogs, soups, and a kiddo menu. Don't skip out on a shake, NA bevvie, or beer/wine options. On a beautiful future sunny day, a perfect stop when in the area pre/post wine tasting.

If you want to avoid long lines, you'll definitely want to come early because by the time we left -- around 12:30 p.m., the line had at least doubled in size. Between my wife and I, we shared a slew of different items, including a Green Chile Cheeseburger ($13.99), Garlic Fries ($4.99), Small - 12oz Horchata Shake ($8.99), Onion Rings ($4.99) and an Ahi Burger ($17.99). All of this came out to $50.95 before tax and tip, which felt like a pretty good deal considering how much food we had ordered. Of the sides that we had ordered, I really enjoyed how punchy the garlic flavor was with the fries and how thick and decadent the horchata shake was. Although the onion rings looked promising, some of the rings were so thickly over-battered, they were actually inedible: I had at least a half and inch of batter surrounding a thin onion slice. In hindsight, I should have brought the onion rings back and requested a new order. The green chile cheeseburger was fine, but nothing mind-blowing. The burger patty wasn't especially juicy or that nicely charred, bread to meat ratio felt a little off, and the green chile felt like an afterthought. On the other hand, I quite enjoyed the ahi tuna burger. I really liked how much chopped slaw they had in the burger and the outside had a nice light sear. Temperature of the tuna patty was consistent throughout. Given how infrequently restaurants have ahi tuna burgers on their menu, this is definitely something I would order again. Overall, Gott's is a solid three star for me.

Nice format of having all the condiments (including lettuce and onions and pretty much anything that doesn't need cooking) at the condiment station. That way you get just what you want. Also nice that you can get a can of beer or cider if you are in to that sort of thing. Nice easy place to fuel up before a nature walk. I like that it is on a street between the highway and the bay. Somehow makes it feel a little more like a locals place. Not the fastest service, but the cook is really right there making things as you order, so you know it is fresh!

It was sunny with temperatures in the mid-60s, which felt more like spring than winter. The week before the area was flooded with rain. It's rare to find a local, non-chain that specializes in hot dogs. This place is a fun, very casual, local favorite and great if you are craving a great hot dog or burger. They have an excellent selection of classic and custom hot dogs, including a legit Chicago dog, plus hand-cut fries and burgers. Everything is made fresh and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, and the hot dog was honestly one of the best I have had. I only wish I could make them this good at home. Seating is available both inside and outside, and the vibe is very relaxed. It is super friendly, very local, and dog-friendly in the best way. Real dogs are welcome, not just the ones on the menu. They also have a good selection of beers, which pairs nicely with the food. Parking is easy and plentiful since it is right next to the local post office. If you are looking for a casual, fun, and delicious lunch spot in Bodega Bay, The Dog House is a must-stop. One of the best hot dog joints we have been to and highly recommended. I am going back next time I am in town.
