Called Jay at JRK Electric. He came right out and looked at the line on the house and determined it had to be replaced. Promised to come back because he. Ended to pick up supplies to do job. And he showed up next day in miserable snow storm and replaced everything back to circuit box. That also needed to be replaced. This guy got so sick working out in that storm that he couldn't come back for a few days. He did and finished the . Very polite, great sense of humor, reasonably priced. And 4 weeks later still texting me to see if everything ok. Still flickering so called NYSEG again and guess what ? Their line was also involved in the problem. Go figure!! I found JRK Electric on Yelp and called them. Jason came out and got us back up and running but we needed to eventually repair either underground or overhead. He provided us an invoice/estimate for the overhead repair on 12/5/15, total cost $1500. I gave him a deposit on 12/5/15 for $750. Despite numerous calls to initiate the job and 5 months later he has put off the job and no return on the deposit with I phoned and left him a message to say I will find some other electrician to do the job.This is not any way to do business, and very irresponsible.

Once again Zenner & Ritter come through! On a cold Saturday afternoon we noticed our house was…read morereally cold, so went to thermostat to raise the heat , and nothing. ( I'll skip the details) around 5:00 being that the furnace is only 6 months old ! I call the Zenner because they installed it and the technician ( very friendly, compassionate and competent ) came around 9:30 pm found that our old humidifier was shorted causing the problem !
