Called Jay at JRK Electric. He came right out and looked at the line on the house and determined it had to be replaced. Promised to come back because he. Ended to pick up supplies to do job. And he showed up next day in miserable snow storm and replaced everything back to circuit box. That also needed to be replaced. This guy got so sick working out in that storm that he couldn't come back for a few days. He did and finished the . Very polite, great sense of humor, reasonably priced. I found JRK Electric on Yelp and called them. Jason came out and got us back up and running but we needed to eventually repair either underground or overhead. He provided us an invoice/estimate for the overhead repair on 12/5/15, total cost $1500. I gave him a deposit on 12/5/15 for $750. Despite numerous calls to initiate the job and 5 months later he has put off the job and no return on the deposit with I phoned and left him a message to say I will find some other electrician to do the job.This is not any way to do business, and very irresponsible.
