I have had prior surgeries and more invasive surgeries might I add while using MJ as a prescribed medication and have had absolutely zero issues and even continued using MJ as a pain medication after surgery with no side effects. I stated I am well aware of all side effects and complications that COULD happen due to my slight usage, I have been blood tested prior and my the levels have been well under normal medical use of patients over 55 which means there's next to none in my system compared to the average 30tr old smoker. He laughed, smirked, rolled his eyes, talked over me, interrupted me all to tell me is his concern was me "remembering" having my wisdom teeth removed. At 6 years old I had open heart surgery and woke up and guess what it never affected me. The fact that Novocain does not work on me period is the entire reason I was going to have oral surgery done in the first place and this man laughed in my face and said he'd only use Novocain. Avoid this place at all cost. They are unprofessional, disrespectful, and unqualified. Not to mention my Top Surgery information was removed from my file and I had to reinstate that I had it done back in 2016, the second I mentioned it his entire demeanor changed as if he was going to do anything and everything to get me out of his office. I feel incredibly discriminated against. Dr. Waisath is a transphobic surgeon and does not need to be practicing in an ally leading state. I'd give zero star if I was able to. Let me remind everyone before I left the room I strictly asked him to tell me if he would just tell me then if he was going to take me as a patient or decline me for PERSONAL reasons, he said he wouldn't not be taking me as a patient. I asked for an updated estimate - never received one. I asked them to send my insurance company an estimate so I can at least have a more accurate estimate of what I will be paying - it's been 4 business days and they have sent nothing. She then did what she called a cleaning/polishing/flossing while commenting the entire time about my wisdom tooth and baby tooth that she couldn't believe I still had. The dentist then came in and barely looked at my teeth. My entire appointment was less than 30 minutes. The hygienist told me $18 charge, went to desk and the secretary first told me $126 and then changed it to $73. I paid the $73 and when I got to my car and looked in the mirror I had blood splattered on my eyebrow and a large splatter on my chin. My gums were red and pooled with blood. I will never go back to Creative Smiles and DO NOT Recommend them to anyone!!

They told me that I had to give them half of the amount for the sedation upfront (so over $1000) merely to schedule the appointment months in advance. Now, any business that wants that much upfront just to schedule the appointment makes me wonder if they are more concerned with profits than patients. In my years of making dental appointments, I have never heard of this. This was a red flag for me. Some of the pros: they work quickly and they are willing to listen if you do your homework in advance. The office is clean and there are nice play spaces for kids. They also specialize in children and give sugar free suckers to help with anxiety.

The staff are extremely thorough! They are great at educating me as a parent how to best care for…read moremy son's teeth as he ages. They are quick to spot issues and fix/prevent them early before they become something serious. The facility is clean and set up well for children to lessen anxiety.
