Everyone has to start somewhere, and I genuinely wish them the best. That said, during nearly every visit, I've encountered staff who come across as rude, argumentative, or dismissive without any apparent reason. Even when I've been the only vehicle in the drive-thru, wait times have often been 15-20 minutes. When orders are brought out, the interactions consistently feel unenthusiastic and, at times, abrasive. Unfortunately, this hasn't been an isolated experience--it's been a pattern over multiple visits. I understand that customer service skills take time to develop, but consistent courtesy and professionalism are still important. Because of the repeated experiences I've had, I've decided I can no longer support this business.

We took a quick trip from columbus to Dayton and were instantly impressed. This is definitely a cafe that loves its city and features many locally made wares. We got the garlic cream cheese danish, the Kellie pie danish, the orange monkey bread, and the buttered croissant. My only problem was that the croissant was covered in a brushing of sugar syrup and it would have been nice for it to just be a butter croissant. It was still delicious and perfectly fine just wish it would have been named more appropriately:) Staff are efficient but kind as there is always a line out the door.
