Stopped here on our way out of town, the location is conveniently located off highway 58. They were not busy but severely understaffed. It seemed as if only three people were working and it showed: the lobby was dirty, trash cans full and trash strewn about the floor. I don't blame the staff as much as management for understaffing this location. The food itself was hot, consistent, and was served in a timely manner. I have missed Carl's Jr. and the fried zucchini and Santa Fe Chicken Sandwich. I moved to Tennessee for 14 years and even though they had Hardee's (which is the sister store to Carl's Jr., the menu was much different). It's funny how you miss certain foods from your youth. Especially fast food, which I don't eat very much of, but I've certainly made up for the past 14 years in the last month and a half. lol read more

More like 2.5 stars, but not 2 so I'll give it 3. This is a better option than going hungry, if you're desperate, but I would have preferred to have eaten Barrel burgers less than 5 min away (they were closed when we drove through town ;,,( ) We stopped by after getting gas next door midday Tuesday after Christmas. Drive thru had two cars in front of us and while it wasn't super duper speedy, it wasn't all that long of a wait, either. I got a standard cheeseburger: good amount of pickles, a slice or two of lettuce, same goes for tomatoes, and a whole slice through of raw white onion. Oh, and too much mayo. *sad trombone plays* I was starving so I ate most of it, but left behind 1/4 of the (dry) bun. My man had a jalapeño double cheeseburger and...something similar. One had better flavor than the other, but meh with the freshness. Imagine my shock & awe (in not a good way) that the buns were not fresh, 2 of 3 even on the v dry side. The meat in my burger was also way cooked, zero medium well here, more like well well (lol) The one redeeming, would eat again thing = fried zucchini rounds. All in all, suffice to say I might choose to starve a little longer next time vs. succumb to Carl's Junior. read more

Good fast food stop at a love gas station. They have a drive through. If you decide to park it's connected to a gas station and has a little dog park. Not many people in the restaurant and the workers were efficient and nice enough. I did take off one star because it was a little dirty, all the trash cans were full, and ice filled the bottom of the drink fountain. Truthfully can't complain. Safe and quick stop. 4/5 read more

This review was during the Covid-19 pandemic. We decided to grab some breakfast while we got fuel. The Carl's Jr. is in Love's Travel Stop so made it easy. They block off many tables to limit the number of people. The front registers have plexiglass barriers and staff wear masks. Faith was at the register and was wonderful helping us order. I am not a fan of hamburger. Carl's had plenty of other options. Like really good chicken fingers. I did end up getting a Famous Star with cheese and it was really good. The burger had some char marks. Yum! The lettuce, onion, pickles and sauce made it more interesting. I recommend it and would definitely go back! read more

Awful. Gross. Skip this place. Food is terrible. Gave us the wrong sandwich and then we waited in line at the drive through while they screwed up everyone's order behind us as well. This is the third time Ive had the same mistake two of my burgers double famous stars with cheese I asked for no onion extra pickles and tomato with ketchup and mustard three was no tomato and extra onion I called they were like I need the burger so I told her I have most of one but the guy I bought for just scraped everything off of it and ate it it's lunch we are not close to the restaurant so I said well I can bring you mine she said well to remake we need the other I said I spent 69$ and you can't make good so I did say I would bring mine she said well we'll see what we can do that wasn't a okay I'll fix the problem it was maybe my husband said it's a 15 min drive there and 15 back do you really want to waste your gas and of course I said no so if you have a Togo order check it even if you have to unwrap everything not only did they get it wrong I waited for what seemed like 30 minutes they said they were waiting on the chicken strips I think they packaged up everything but the strips because the lettuce was so soggy it was disgusting I'll never go back I'd rather eat out of the gas station side before I'll eat at Carl's Jr. ever again at least there I can get fresh nachos and hot dogs that are not that bad. When I walked in there were 8 people waiting for food. I walked up to the counter to order and stood there for 5 minutes and nobody came to take my order. They saw me and said nothing. I turned around and asked the people if they had been waiting a long time for good and they said yes. I turned around and walked out. Not very good. Came here after we got gas with our fifth wheel. Greasy and gross. Workers were eating behind the counter and talking with their mouths full of food when assisting customers with items that should have already been in their bag. Eat at the gas station. read more

I recommend going to Carl's Jr. Because why they're onion rings are very good. They're famous star with cheese over very good. So basically everything is pretty good and they're breakfast. So yeah go check it out. Good food, good people and you could get gas at the same time read more

The service was terrible. The cashier just said they were understaffed and inattentive to everyone. This location had the worst service and poor excuse I've seen in a long time. Just your average Carl's Jr. I have been to this location a few times now because of convenience. It is easily accessible off the 58 highway and it is connected to the Love's station. My reasoning for giving them four stars. Location, location, location! For the customer service it has always been on point. Although I do notice they constantly change up the staff. My orders have always been correct and they never give me the bothered look when I ask for BBQ sauce instead of ketchup . For food I usually go with a Guacamole burger or super star meal. My orders are always on point when it comes to fast food expectancy. read more

Drive thru was closed, Fountain drink machine was broken, they had no catchup available. Every single order while I was in there was incorrect, including mine. Sub-par food. Do not get the chicken from this Carl's Jr., at this location. This is my second time in probably three months that I have gotten an undercooked chicken sandwich from this location. I have not had any problems with chicken from other Carl's Jr. establishments. For some reason the chicken sandwiches have been undercooked, chewy, and slimy from this establishment.
