I get…read moreexcited about pulled pork, and when it's as convenient as the new Rundle Place, well that's extra exciting. The burger has kim chi, pulled pork, cucumber, and garlic aioli. The pulled pork was really bland, and I could barely taste the kim chi. It's not good to have kim chi completely overwhelm the taste of a dish, but you should at least know it's there. I won't be coming back anytime soon, but I'll be keen to check them out in a few months to see if they've found their feet. **UPDATE** I went back a little sooner than planned to try another one of their burgers. I'd seen a new review on here, and had a friend raving about them on Facebook. Maybe I'd struck out with the first burger? This time I went for a beef burger, with caramelised onion and blue cheese. The flavour combinations are great in concept. Every burger on the menu sounds delicious, and they have so much potential. Unfortunately in reality (both times for me at least) the flavours have been indistinguishable. My actual patty was pink all the way through, but wasn't succulent and juicy like I would have hoped. I also tried the poutine (my first poutine experience) and I was struggling to find something that sets it apart from regular chips and gravy. Sure there were pieces of squeaky cheese throughout it, but they didn't really add much to the dish. I'll have to bring down my poutine obsessed friends next time they're in Adelaide to see what they think. PROS: - The food here is obviously a lot healthier than at somewhere like McDonalds or Hungry Jacks. It's always refreshing to get a burger and not have grease seeping out of the packaging. - The burgers were at least filling both times. - There are obviously some people who love this place. CONS: - Maybe I'm just unlucky, but I'm yet to actually enjoy a meal here. Give them a go and make up your own mind, because they seem quite polarising.

I've eaten at Burger Addiction (BA) once before and although I liked the burger, I thought the price was too high for a quick lunch on the run. I scoured the menu board for something that looked like it'd satisfy my thoughtless stomach today and I was happy with what I chose. The Beef, cheese and mushroom jobby (Irresistable bliss they call it - there are a lot of different names for each of the burgers. I won't spoil the fun here) was right on. *Inciteful commentary on french breads* It's easy to sell food if you just add sugar and that's how I feel about brioche sometimes. This BA roll was just a straight up semi crunchy white treat, no overload of sugar like a brioche. Enough said. Love your work BA. All the ingredients in the burger were the proper texture and amount and once I'd plowed through half of the poutine I could only just finish the burger. Poutine is such a decadent treat. I've eaten it twice in 2 months now and I think I need to take a break for a year or so. It is much more of either a hangover food (which I am not today) or a Happy Canada Day sort of food. Or, a hands in there like you just don't care sort of food. Overall, I felt much more satisfied with the value for money at BA than last time. Plus the service came with a smile and it was quick. Simply having basic options on the menu means nothing too fancy or taking too long to decide. Essentially there is the cheese burger, the basic and the bugsy (bun free). Then you can add fries and a choice of soda or shake. They also offer a secret menu if you are feeling like something a bit more naughty. The meat patties are the winner. They are so delicious and honest. They're simply great burgers! And the staff are great - you can tell they put pride and love into their products. If you're looking for a chicken burger or a range of variety this is not your place but if you just want a yummy beef burger this is for you! Delicious and we will be back!

The only thing that was missing for me was beetroot. If that was a option to add on it would've been puuurfect ;) The burgers are small but very filling with a generous serve of shoestring fries. I did love the taste of the burger and I would go back and try something else! The place was simply decorated and very clean. It's still pretty new and I think it will go a long way. The only thing I could suggest for improvement would be the look of the menus...they looked like some decorative love was needed ^.^ The "secret" menu bit wasn't really secret, I think if they made it look secret (if they had it covered up but you can pop it open to see what's underneath) it would make it fun! The only thing is that I've been eating way too many beef burgers over the past month so I wanted a change. There aren't as many Chicken burgers on the menu but I really liked the idea of the Spicy Chicken. Buttermilk fried chicken, chipotle mayo, coleslaw, pickled jalapeno and red onion (I think it was pickled.) Sounds good right? Because it was- it was absolutely divine. The chicken was fried hard so the coating is shatteringly crunchy yet the buttermilk helps the meat remain tender and succulent, and it was seasoned just right. I'm really digging the addition of coleslaw in their burgers, it's a good idea. Chipotle mayo, jalapeno and onion goes well on anything, and works on the burger. But the best thing about this burger is that it delivers on heat because it really packs alot of punch! I'm not sure if they ramped up the chilli in the mayo or it's the japapeno or something else....but I was really impressed by the heat. That being said it won't blow you head off and you can still taste the food. The spicy chicken is pretty cheap at $8.90 and I usually get it with Tater Tots bring it to $12.90, which is really good considering I can barely finish both even after a heavy tennis session! Guess I'm a regular at NB at this point and I'll keep coming back whenever I need an affordable burger fix.

To be honest I only ever visited the old shop at this location once in 30 years that I can remember. I was happy to see lots of full booths, a line up and a handful of diligent burger scientists behind the counter and in the kitchen whipping up some magic at a great price. Less than $40 for 2 burgers, chilli cheese fries, a beer and a cider. And not some mass produced, plastic takeaway burger. We're talking juicy meaty patties, crunchy fries and crunchy fried chicken, not greasy, disappointing or fatty. We shared our burgers to get the most out of our visit. Soooo glad we did! I honestly couldn't decide which burger I liked more! Service was friendly, upbeat, prompt and polite. That's a bloody hard combination to find when the food comes out so quickly in my experience! Every punter in seemed happy to be there. Absolutely get in here for one of these belter burgers. Now, i wonder which Nordburger does it best...? Onto the others...!

My logic is that if it's good, why risk trying another?? I love the fact you can choose what type of bun you want - I always get damper. The chips are crispy but soft inside (yum!) and the onion rings are uhhh-mazing! I've never had a bad burger experience at eNuf, however my other-half has had a dry patty before and didn't love it. There are tables to sit an eat at, with your burger served on the fashionable wooden board or you can also get takeaway. If you fancy something different, they do a monthly special burger so for example this month it was a roast lamb with mint jelly! One downside is the lack of parking available and sometimes the tables look like they haven't been wiped in a while. The burgers are great though!

The Brighton bar had very attentive waiters, who delivered our burgers straight to the table which is nice. They also threw in some free garlic aioli to with our side of chips which was even nicer! My partner had the Rajun Cajun chicken burger which he said was okay, but nothing special. It was a bit lighter than my choice and he was jealous! Also available to takeaway! Why not have a day at the beach and then wander up a get yourself a tasty E'nuf burger!
