Mona and her exceptional team (BeBe, Kristi, Monica, and Alex) were a pleasure to work with. They know their stuff and are sensitive to the sometimes difficult decisions that have to be made about letting things go. For the items that went unsold, the donation items went to Out of the Closet, which we were very pleased with. The haul out company was also a pleasure to work with. TLC has quite a shopper following, including me, and may seem tough sometimes in their negotiations but, if so, it's because they are doing their best for their clients. From a client standpoint, they are GOLD!

They billed me then said they missed an item (which truly they didn't so I got charged without taking the item, they accused me of changing the marked price for a $15 plant, they accused me of changing prices talking with their staff, not having help) and Mona Staso literally got in my face repeatedly that they could not help me move a couple of plants while they had helpers offering assistance to everyone to load items or take them away). Very unprofessiona!! The pictures of the armchair I suggested to pay $75 was damaged beyond repair. The gaslighting when it came to pricing on the last day on defective items was scandalous.

I reached out to Michael and Michelle at the beginning of 2025 after my dad passed away in December…read more2024. In the middle of my grief, I felt completely overwhelmed by the amount of belongings my parents had accumulated over nearly 40 years. I had lost my mom in 2009, and while my dad did his best, organization just wasn't his strength. When Michael and Michelle came out to provide an estimate, they were incredibly kind and compassionate toward my sister and me. Most importantly, they were completely nonjudgmental about the condition of the house (think hoarding-level clutter). I felt embarrassed, but they immediately reassured me that there was nothing to be ashamed of; they were simply there to help. Due to some outside circumstances, we weren't able to move forward with the cleanout until April 2026. When I reached back out, Michael remembered us and was just as kind as before. He even honored the original quote from the year prior, which I truly appreciated. Before the cleanout, I gave Michael a list of items I wanted set aside (photos, jewelry, money, etc.). There was also a watch we hadn't been able to locate, but Michael found it! That level of care and attention meant so much. Michael and his crew were not only thorough, but incredibly efficient. In just two days, they cleared out my dad's entire house, aside from the items I asked them to save. I wish I had taken before-and-after photos, because what they accomplished was nothing short of amazing. I will always be grateful for the care, respect, and professionalism Michael and his team showed during such a difficult time. They truly lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, Michael, Michelle, and your entire crew.

I also had to empty the office so that I could have it remodeled. I was not able to access the damaged floor because of all of the clutter in the office, and because of the presence of numerous large bundles of cables on the floor that I could not detangle. Ramon and Luis of Clutter and Hoarding Pros helped me and my husband achieve our decluttering goals. They were very easy to work with, were very patient, polite, and kind, and helped make what I was expecting to be a very stressful experience, completely stress free. Michael, of Clutter and Hoarding Pros was also very kind, patient, and communicative. I received excellent customer service from everyone at Clutter and Hoarding Pros. I highly recommend them for decluttering. I plan to hire them again for future decluttering needs. Thank you Michael, Luis, and Ramon for helping me and my husband!

I was almost embarrassed to show her what she had to work with and she kept reassuring me that she had seen everything and would make it work. Michelle and her team spent several days organizing and literally turned it into what resembled an antique store. It was beautiful! I could not believe how well they got everything organized. Michelle and her team were very sensitive to our needs and catered to what we asked with professionalism and compassion. In short she and her team are truly good people. My goal was not to make a ton of money but more to get items cleared out with the help of experts so that it could be a start to what I had to get done, items could go to good use and of course a little extra money is always helpful but again not my number one goal. Michelle understood this completely and delivered well. Did they sell everything? No, but that was never expected. It is important to know that estate sales will make a huge effort to sell a lot and Michelle and her team did just that. They greatly helped me and sold a lot. I found that Michelle is highly intelligent and very much honors what the client asks. She and her team reduced my stress level tremendously and I am truly grateful I found them. I TOTALLY recommend these professional experts.
