The rating is for the drink, the customer service was great. She was really helpful and patient when it came to finding me a drink that I would like. The iced coffee I had was a bit expensive, 5 bucks for a 16 Oz sea salt caramel something iced coffee (helpful ikr). Which brings me to the taste, there is something missing. Don't get me wrong, it was horrible by any means, but it lacked flavor. The sea salt wasn't that apparent, and the pump of caramel was non existent. read more

I am pretty happy this is here. I work on this side of town and I don't normally go and get a morning coffee but some morning cause for desperate measures. I am glad that i did the yelp search and found this location. I pulled into a really long line. I thought for a moment that I was going to be in this line for awhile. However i was really surprised how fast the drive through was moving. I could hear the gentleman on the speaker as the car in front of me ordered. He was cheery and kind and asked if the individual was a member of their coffee club. When I got to the window. I had my fingers crossed that not being a member would cause for different treatment. I got the same sweet demeanor from the gentleman on the speaker. He was kind and happy to help out with my questions. He quickly got my order and moved me on through. The very large line was moved quickly and I was on my way with my morning caffeine kick, The cold brew is pretty good, I was very happy with the whole experience. read more

I get coffee here on occasion when there isn't a Starbucks around. It's not bad but in comparison to Starbucks the ice coffee here is a bit watered down. The interior decoration is pretty nice and is a nice place to lounge. read more

I love caribou! This location is great! The caribou is seating area is small. It is also pretty loud in the mornings! I loved the service and the coffee is delicious. They serve a variety of breakfast sandwiches too! I was able to get some work done virtually from this location. I also met others who were working from this location too! read more

Wow!! I will definitely be back to this coffee shop. I went after work around 4:00 because I'm trying BPC (bullet proof coffee, look it up) and I will need a huge travel mug on my long commute every morning. I was looking through their products and was approached by a barista who kindly asked if I had any questions about the mugs and tumblers I was looking at. He genuinely wanted to help. When I found what I wanted, a different barista rang (rung??) me out, and couldn't have been friendlier. Then as I was leaving, the original barista thanked me again for stopping by. I've had Caribou before and it's really delicious coffee. I didn't get any actual coffee on this visit because it was 4:00 in the afternoon, and I didn't want to count sheep all fricking night. Much preferred over Starbucks any day of the week. Great experience today. read more

This is a decent place to grab some liquid fuel. Sure there are cooler spots to grab coffee but I will say Caribou does have good coffee. I have never been impressed with their super sugary coffee alternative drinks. Location is good and it does have a pleasant ambience. Not a place I rule out when I need a convenient coffee spot. read more

Haven't always been the biggest fan of Caribou's coffee but they're good in a pinch and sometimes you have to go with whats closest when you really need a brew! My friends mom was having surgery at the center nearby so stopped to grab some coffees and a little something for breakfast. The cold brew hit the spot, decently priced for a big drink. The muffins were huge, delicious and better than something they would have had to get from the vending machine. Its not always my first stop for coffee but its definitely not my last either. read more

Yah it's like Starbucks but it's not. The coffee was pretty decent. The parking lot is odd and difficult to access. Nothing truly spectacular, just a bit of a crunchy type of coffee shop preparing to be a franchise. I would not be surprised if it was owned by Starbucks. read more

We stopped by early Labor Day morning. I asked for my bear claw to be warmed up and the young lady was very kind and happy to oblige. I needed a few other things and received the same response. She made my day. It's the little things like that that can make the world of difference! read more

Love this place! The sandwiches are good, the coffee is good, the specialty teas are good, the bagels are good, the sugar cookies are good.... it's all good! The people are so nice, here, too. They go out of their way to give good service and are always friendly. If you like light roast coffee, try the Daybreak coffee. It's delicious. read more

I don't really know. All I do know, is that all four visits were exceptional. They use Onyx Coffee (my favorite) Don't be scared off by the crowds. The line was long and moved quickly. The barista quickly recognized me and remembered my name after my first visit. And the coffee blew my mind. Over our visits we had an espresso, a drip, a Spanish latte, a New Orleans, a Cheerio and the specialty mocha. Loved them all. The space is gorgeous. Bright, clean with lots of big windows for natural light. Minimalist-the coffee speaks for itself.
