I got a neck and Décolleté add-on which was absolutely worth it and I highly recommend. My ONLY gripe about this location is the parking, but it's easy enough to just Uber. Stayed there for almost 30 min after yelling and calling simultaneously to see if anyone would come. Finally went home defeated. She started harassing me at 2:45pm. At first she said I thought our appt was at 3. Sent her a text of the agreed 2pM time. Then she said she had it written for 2:30pm. I was still outside her spot at that time. Like a fool. Regardless she didn't apologize at all. She told me she didn't want to be yelled at and hung up on me after I spoke one sentence in a normal volume. She made herself the VICTIM. But I got my deposit back! Then hours later she sends a text saying she has me on video destroying her mailbox. Knocked on it and it fell as it was just sitting on concrete breaks. Didn't knock on it hard enough to even hurt my hand. Wasn't even mad at the moment it occurred. Says she's going to file a police report. Why would I hang around all that time later if I truly believe I've destroyed a mailbox. I blocked her and told her do whatever you want. Then she used another phone to text me more. I already did a google review with my first and last name. And I booked an appt as myself. But she texted me my full name and wrote "I've filed a police report" Stay away. This woman couldn't even just say sorry for no call and no showing me. She had to be the one something bad happened to. She ruined my entire day on purpose after I wrote the first review. So here's my second. Avoid this woman at all costs.

I had a very disappointing and misleading experience at Arviv. I was sold a "full face" Ultherapy…read moretreatment at 50% off, which sounded like a great deal. However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.

There was also some confusion on how much time we had because the initial booking email said 30 mins, the confirmation email said 45 mins but when we got there it was actually an hour. You reserve the time and a specific machine to book but really you can use any machine that isn't in use during that time. I had to switch my usual run for a run/walk because it did get pretty hot with the infrared at the highest setting but I have done bikram yoga and this wasn't nearly as hot as that. Some of the treadmill pods are better set up for walking than running based on the height of the pod but knowing that now I'll just pick a different treadmill next time. Took advantage of the stair master (careful getting off, I accidentally burned my arm a bit). The foam rolling with infrared is fantastic. There is a small kitchen area with water and snacks but they just had goldfish and Welch fruit snacks which works in a pinch but I'd expect something a little healthier at a gym. Overall, a good experience and now knowing what to expect, should make an even better experience next time.
