Ox Tails and Curry Goat Combo!!

Love the food at Caribbean Cuisine!! You get a ton of food in your order. I always like bringing people to try the food and the service is always great.

If you're craving authentic Trini flavors, Caribbean Cuisine in Glendale, AZ delivers a solid experience. Having lived in Trinidad, I've been on the lookout for curry goat roti. I had the curry goat roti, while I would've preferred dhalpuri roti, the buss-up-shot option I got hit the spot and satisfied my craving. My wife tried the stew chicken, but she thought it lacked depth, feeling like it was made from pre-cooked chicken, which lessened the experience for her. That said, the staff was warm and welcoming--true to Trini hospitality--and the portions were generous, though prices felt slightly steep. Overall, it's great to have this option in the Valley. If you're after a piece of Trinidad in Arizona, it's worth checking out! Saluti

Every time I have been to a Caribbean place my food has been amazing, but this may be the best! This is a total hole in the wall, definitely a great place for takeout though they do have some tables too! I got the curry Chana (chickpeas and potato) and it came with rice and fried plantains. The meal was absolutely massive, I had more than enough for leftovers. I also ordered festival online but was told they don't have it so they let me get a drink from the fridge instead, I got a fresh pressed ginger drink which was sweet and spicy. Service was good and my food was ready on time. Totally recommend!

I travel the US and Caribbean islands as a job. Over the course of the last year I've eaten at over 2 dozen trini food spots. This by far is the worst "trini" spot I've ever eaten. The curry resembles Jamaican and Guyanese style of curry. The stew is like a watery Jamaican stew. Emphasis on watery with no flavor. I ordered the curry goat, stew chicken, curry chicken plate, and 2 buss up shut roti. The chicken wasn't cooked and flavorless. The stew is detailed above. The goat was above average in taste and firmness. The roti was INEDIBLE. do not order it. STAY CLEAR. RUN. I tried to eat it (yes I tried fresh. Didn't even leave the parking lot) and chipped a tooth. The roti was so hard and and empty that I would tell you to eat metal before you eat this roti.

Caribbean food is a product of many cool cultures and healthy cooking. Great quality taste of meat and beans, Caribbean Cuisine! Service was smooth and ambiance was casual. However, parking seems to be very limited

Man... that food was INSANELY GOOD!! There was a lovely lady that walked in at the same time as I did, and she helped me make my order with all her recommendations- so that was very cool. Plus the lady upfront taking my order was a sweetheart. And did I mention the food was effffinggg delicious?? And big portions!

The food is good. It's a bit warm and not a lot of places to sit. The oxtails were small and a bit fatty.

Cue a brief episode of delivery confusion, a few phone calls, and me standing there hungry but trying to keep my cool. Here's the important part, I didn't want a refund. I didn't want credits. I just wanted my food. And this place made sure I got it. Was there a slight delay? Yep. Did it require some chitchatting? Sure. But the care, patience, and follow-through were genuinely above and beyond... and that matters. And oh my GOODNESS, the food. The jerk chicken wings (spicy) were sweet, warm, bold, and fall-off-the-bone tender... beautifully seasoned and downright addictive. That jerk sauce had depth and balance that kept me going back for just one more wing until suddenly... no wings. The chicken curry? Maybe not the exact version I'm used to, but still absolutely delicious. Comforting, flavorful, and perfectly paired with peas and rice, festival on the side, and a Jamaican ginger beer that sealed the deal. This was my first substantial meal in my new home, and it honestly couldn't have been better. A million out of ten. A bazillion out of ten. I'll be ordering again, and next time I'm going in person. If you like Jamaican food, or even if you just like food made with care, do yourself a favor and try this place. Next time I'm not holding back: patties and cocoa bread are happening. Thank you for turning a potentially frustrating moment into a warm, delicious, unforgettable one.

The meat was tender and packed with flavor, simmered in a savory gravy with onions and peppers that soaked perfectly into the rice and peas. The team there is friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and the portions are generous. I walked out full and already planning what I'm ordering next time. Easy five stars from me.

Everything was really, really good. Seasoning was on point and nothing was overly spicy. Both meats were super tender with excellent flavor! The cabbage wasn't anything to write home about. It was just cabbage. The rice and peas were yummy! The minus one star is because I didn't like that there were four small oxtails. For the price of $27 I was expecting at least one big one. I also didn't like the amount of bones in my brown stewed chicken lunch plate and the little amount of meat given. But then again, it was a lunch plate so I get it.
