What was most bothersome was that the technician apologized with a smirk, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. On a separate visit, I was repeatedly pressured to approve services I did not need. When I declined, the technician's attitude noticeably changed. Today was the final straw and the reason I have decided to stop all services at this location and with this company. Despite arriving before other customers, my vehicle was overlooked and moved to a different bay so that other cars could be serviced ahead of mine. My poor tires have fell victim to nails and screws. BBT staff are very polite on the phone, and this is very helpful when you are feeling frustrated by a screw in your tire. Each time I have been able to make a same day appointment within 2 hours to have my tire taken care of. Thankfully, each time the issue was easily fixed fairly quickly because the repair was in the tread and my tread was still good. Both repairs were FREE! This is definitely the place to go if you need a tire repaired or replaced. They are friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional.

Atleast they talked to you and gave you information. They do have their salesmen pitch. But for the most part, they got the job done. I do like that it gives you text messages when you drop off for service, you can track the progress and then it texts you when it is done. Services are a bit expensive.

Instead, she sat there silently clicking around while I stood wondering if she even knew why I was there. Since she offered no information, I started digging through my email to find my confirmation. Only after I handed it to her did she finally speak--just to say she "already had it" and was "updating the order." That's the kind of communication you apparently have to drag out of them. My appointment was for 10:00 a.m., but I dropped my Jeep off at 9:30 a.m. to give them a head start. The job? An oil change, tire balance, tire rotation, and a quick alignment check. About an hour, tops. I went next door to the gym to kill time. When I came back at 11:10 a.m., my Jeep was still sitting in a bay with nobody touching it--three cars total in the shop, mine included, and an empty alignment bay just collecting dust. We waited another 20 minutes in the sauna they call a lobby before asking for an update. We were told "30 more minutes" and to expect a call or text when it was ready. Noon rolls around--nothing. I finally called, only to be told it had been done for 20 minutes. Their excuse? "Our phones aren't working." Funny, since I was literally talking to them on that same phone. This shop wasn't busy. There was no crisis. Just laziness, bad communication, and a front desk attitude that could sour milk. The Buck Owens Blvd location actually knows how to treat customers--friendly, efficient, and professional. This place could learn a thing or two.
