After waiting 2 weeks, the part still didn't come in, and I was told that I would receive a call once it does. No one ever called me and it took them 3 weeks to repair with no rental car or vehicle to ride in while my vehicle was being repaired. Each day I had to take an Uber or Lyft to work which cost me more money. I went to check on my vehicle, and I was told that someone had lost my keys. It took another week for them to find them. I also had a recall on my vehicle of which they didn't fix. My breaks are still locking up when I drive it. I was definitely sold a lemon.

But after I completed the application, on an early Saturday evening, he informed me that he would call me Monday to work out a deal. I wouldn't have come had I been told that when I called. Complete waste of time. When asked about visible rust in the interior of a 2014 Ford Edge Limited on his car lot, they said they had no idea. When asked if the car was salvaged, he said no, it was not. When asked if the car had been in flood, he again said he did not know. But with a little research I learned they he punched the car from the Copart car auction. Copart specialized in salvaged vehicles. Thus, he flat out lied. I'm grateful this transaction didn't happen!
