I hopped on the phone searching for someone could fix it on Friday as my wife drove the truck and 30' gooseneck trailer with one foot steady on the accelerator to keep a fuel vacuum. With someone looking out for us and good fortune we found Jonathan at Jackson Diesel and left him a message at 520pm knowing they closed at 6pm. He called me back, found the part the next morning and had us on the road the next afternoon. I was then able to walk home. After inspecting, they sent a link with the findings. Not unexpectedly, there were a lot of accumulated problems. I never got the impression that they were padding the estimate; I believed that what they found was accurate. I called to discuss options. I wanted to weigh putting money into the repairs and getting a few more years of life from the vehicle versus the cost of having to buy a new car now. During the call, they were quite reasonable and did not pressure me. In the end, I opted to proceed with the repairs. They completed the work in a timely way and called me to come and pick up the vehicle. I have now driven it for over a month and it seems to run well. While significant repairs are never a joy, I liked the way I was treated and would recommend Kelly's to others based on my experience.
