Just a few months after the…read morerepair, the hood unexpectedly flew open while I was driving on the highway, creating a highly dangerous situation that nearly resulted in a serious accident. I trusted that the repairs were completed properly and safely, which makes this experience especially concerning. Despite the severity of the incident, I have now been informed that the shop is denying responsibility. As a single father of an eight-year-old child, I take vehicle safety extremely seriously. I also do not have the financial means to cover repairs for an issue that appears directly related to prior work performed by the shop. This situation is both disappointing and distressing. I am seeking appropriate resolution and am prepared to pursue further action if necessary to ensure accountability and safety.
