I asked them to please only fix the issue that I brought the car in for and they refused to even give me a quote for it. They said that was my price. I had to tow my vehicle to another mechanic which was much more honest. They were able to fix my issue for less than $1000 dollars. It's obvious that they saw me as an easy mark and tried to take a lot of money from me. It's a shame that you have to be so careful and almost fight with so many mechanics these days to not get robbed. But I'm here to tell you, these are crooks. STAY AWAY!!

Was excited for this service for the convenience of having a mechanic come to me to replace my…read morealternator. The first sign of trouble was that Visionary Conceptions was not communicative and rescheduled multiple times. However, the real problem was that when he finally did show up, he installed the alternator incorrectly. After installation, the alternator was seated so that it was touching the water pump drive pulley. This caused my car to overheat, my timing belt to break, and cost me $1,000 more to fix my car. After getting a new mechanic to look at it, I explained to Visionary Conceptions what had happened and he refused to admit he had done anything wrong and refused to give me a refund. However, the new mechanic was able to prove that the alternator was installed wrong by showing there are notches on the pulley where it was getting snagged on the alternator. Edit: the response below is a bold face lie; as nothing about my tensioner was ever mentioned or communicated to me.

His service record with us is stellar thanks to his honesty and fair price. Trust me when I share that as the daughter of a shade tree mechanic and sister of a certified ford and diesel mechanic I check everything out even prior to a mechanic lifting the hood. Too many people like to only write bad reviews. Take the time to prepare yourself and have knowledge of your vehicle and parts- you can only be a victim of your own lack of knowledge. Owning as many vehicles as us may place us at an unfair advantage but I would trust Scott with any of our cars and that says a lot considering they are our income and we trust that any repair is handled professionally, correctly and doesn't leave our chauffeurs with a client stranded. We can't say this about several other mechanics we have used over the last 10 years. Scott may be a bit brash but he is true to his word and knows his business.

When we called to tell them it was running hot- they were very rude and did not really want to work on the truck again-their mechanics do not know what they are doing! Dont go there! We took it to another mechanic and told him the story- he told us what was wrong with truck and told us to take it back to the shop for them to fix it and he said they overcharged by about $500- so we took the truck back and the owner got mad because we told him what the mechanic said-he turned his back on us walking away- so unprofessional! They finally fixed the truck but the time lost from work and having to rent a car - they are a RIP OFF!
