It has been one of my favorite dental places. The hours and options available make it a top choice for those with busy schedules. I appreciate the approachable nature of Blue Sky team with options to call, email, and send texts. They are also careful with Covid-19 protocols which is a plus. The team is a well-oiled machine and knows how to make a traditionally long, not so fun dental cleanup to something that is more bearable. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and takes time to go over your medical history and examination. This is particularly helpful for people like me who wants to get refreshers on best practices and also understand my current dental health and history. I am thankful for the Blue Sky team and look forward to future check-ups.

Michelle, the practice manager was so kind and helpful in scheduling the appointment and taking care of everything from the pre-visit questionnaires to the payment and billing. Koryne, the hygenist who performed my cleaning and explained each step of the visit, including the x-rays and the cleaning. She was also very gentle, which is quite important when someone is poking sharp objects in your mouth. Dr. Vasev was professional, kind, and extremely helpful in explaining my care plan and the options available to me. Although I didn't require any major dental work, she told me which things I could hold off on and which may be better to address in the near future. She was very kind and personable and I felt comfortable and trusted her work and her suggested care plan. The office is equipped with state of the art dental technology and everything inside is sparkling clean and new. I really liked the layout; Each station has a television which you can watch while seated on the dental chairs that gently massage your back while you are having your teeth cleaned. I wish I had heard about Dr. Vasdev and Crystal Dental Clinic earlier in our year-long stint in Rochester. I would have most certainly gotten my teeth cleaned earlier and more often if I knew about the office sooner.

So when I was looking for a dentist in Rochester, I listed out 51 offices on my Google maps and read all the reviews and filtered it down to only 3 really good dentists in the city. One of them being Nicholas Brong and Zumbro Family Dental. Nicholas was a super cool dude during treatment, listening to his patients, (something most doctors seem to forget about nowadays) and coming up with an ad hoc plan to target my problem areas without tooth material loss. Everyone was nice to work with from beginning of the first appointment and follow-ups. Brook at the front desk is funny to talk to and set up everything easy. And they play the best soundtrack of classical 70's rock in there so that was primo. I hope I don't have to go to a dentist for years to come but if I lived in Rochester and needed to then Nicholas would be my choice. I highly-recommend Zumbro Family Dental for your dental needs, their service is top-notch.
