It has been one of my favorite dental places. The hours and options available make it a top choice for those with busy schedules. The team is a well-oiled machine and knows how to make a traditionally long, not so fun dental cleanup to something that is more bearable. Although I didn't require any major dental work, she told me which things I could hold off on and which may be better to address in the near future. She was very kind and personable and I felt comfortable and trusted her work and her suggested care plan. I really liked the layout; Each station has a television which you can watch while seated on the dental chairs that gently massage your back while you are having your teeth cleaned. So when I was looking for a dentist in Rochester, I listed out 51 offices on my Google maps and read all the reviews and filtered it down to only 3 really good dentists in the city. One of them being Nicholas Brong and Zumbro Family Dental. Nicholas was a super cool dude during treatment, listening to his patients, (something most doctors seem to forget about nowadays) and coming up with an ad hoc plan to target my problem areas without tooth material loss. Everyone was nice to work with from beginning of the first appointment and follow-ups. Brook at the front desk is funny to talk to and set up everything easy. And they play the best soundtrack of classical 70's rock in there so that was primo. I hope I don't have to go to a dentist for years to come but if I lived in Rochester and needed to then Nicholas would be my choice. I highly-recommend Zumbro Family Dental for your dental needs, their service is top-notch.
