That should have been explained BEFORE taking my money for a full hour. I told her I wanted the one-hour massage I had already paid for, but she refused because other customers had arrived. At that point I stopped the massage and demanded a refund. If you are the only person working, you shouldn't continue accepting walk-ins when you already have a paying customer in a one-hour session. Constantly leaving the room and then cutting my paid service in half was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. I left very disappointed and would not recommend this place based on my experience.

The next day my sister's body hurt really bad, she even had bruises (and she's not one easy to bruise, that's me) because of the elbow massages even though she told her not to. I was handed a clip board that had a chart to mark the spots you wanted them to work on. Yoyo was my massage person and she worked those knots to the core. She also did deep tissue on my entire back and legs because all the muscles and nerves are connected. She used her thumbs and elbows. Not sure if I was going to feel sore in the morning - which I did but I was ok with it since I walked out of there as if my neck and shoulder never had any pain! Their Yelp info said they take walk-ins, so I called and Susan told me I could be seen right away. I showed up within ten minutes and she greeted me in a friendly manner, then showed me the pricing. They do have you pay up front, which I was a little concerned about, but it ended up being amazing so my fears were unfounded. I am SO glad that I found Harmony because Susan's massage ended up being one of the best I've ever had. She listened to me when I asked for more or less pressure, and was very thorough in her techniques. I was having tension headaches for a week or so before seeing her, and after leaving I felt like pudding (and still do, days later). I will definitely be back. I will say this as a side note: the music playing, while relaxing, was one single song on repeat. If you're someone who pays attention to stuff like that, it may be a small annoyance, but the massage is worth it. ;-)

She really worked on the tight spots in my shoulders and gave me a great head massage. She kept checking to see if the pressure was all right, and I like firm pressure and it was good the whole way through. Even when some clients came in and she had to leave to take care of them, she told me she would add an extra time to ensure I got the full 90 minutes, which I really appreciated. The only thing was that the AC was kind of cold and after they put the hot, wet towel on you, the towel was pretty wet so when they take it off it just feels really cold. Susan was kind enough to notice and give me a blanket.
