James came to the rescue and made what could have been a very stressful situation incredibly easy. He was professional, timely, extremely communicative, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He kept us updated, showed up when he said he would, and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. His pricing was also VERY reasonable, which was such a pleasant surprise. And on top of all of that, it was very obvious that James is an animal lover, which meant so much to us since our dogs were at home. Anyone who loves animals is automatically a favorite in our book! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. James is trustworthy, reliable, reasonably priced, and just an all-around great person. We highly recommend him and will absolutely use him again if we ever need a locksmith!
