They have a full court basketball area and they also do movie night with a huge blow up theater screen for the families and children to enjoy. They also do functions such as Easter egg hunts trick-or-treating and rummage sales. There are security cameras and it is a close-knit community everyone that lives here goes through a very strict background and credit check the homes here are very nice and if I ever have a problem maintenance Personnel is always very quick to fix it. It is one of the most beautiful places to live in the county being close enough to the city life and is very affordable. The office staff is wonderful and I do know that they work with people that come across Hard Times. Timber Ridge has been a fantastic place to live I rate this 10 stars out of 5.

So, I went to Bantam Builds about a month ago. Now I didn't buy anything but I would like to share…read moreabout my experience there. They did not care if We wore a mask or not. When we looked at the houses/ office spaces that were on display, They seemed pretty cool! One of them had a bathroom and one of them had a loft! But the workers there... were more or less the problem. The Woman that showed us around was very kind but she quickly left us for other costumers there who seemed like they were paid to be there or, staged. Then we meet the owners. They seemed pretty nice. Bob, one of the owners, showed us a build in progress. The person I was with, they made small talk until it was time to leave. Then, we looked online and saw some very concerning reviews about people that had put down a deposit but never got their tiny house. We saw another one and it said that most of the positive reviews were by Family and Friends.
