So, I went to Bantam Builds about a month ago. Now I didn't buy anything but I would like to share about my experience there. They did not care if We wore a mask or not. When we looked at the houses/ office spaces that were on display, They seemed pretty cool! One of them had a bathroom and one of them had a loft! But the workers there... were more or less the problem. The Woman that showed us around was very kind but she quickly left us for other costumers there who seemed like they were paid to be there or, staged. Then we meet the owners. They seemed pretty nice. Bob, one of the owners, showed us a build in progress. The person I was with, they made small talk until it was time to leave. Then, we looked online and saw some very concerning reviews about people that had put down a deposit but never got their tiny house. We saw another one and it said that most of the positive reviews were by Family and Friends. read more

I purchased a Titan Tiny Ho.e in October 2016. I finally took delivery in May 2017 after numerous delivery delays. I was given a 3 year warranty. I gave a list of issues to Titan but, only 1(the ac) was fixed. Titan still owes me $500 for a damaged fridge + $800 (they charged me for 2 drawers in my stairs which I don't have). My oven is broken too. They have not answered a single call from me in over a year. They won't call me back or respond to my emails either. I have a disability & am on a fixed income. They have definitely taken advantage of that & they know that I don't have the money to fly out to Illinois from NJ.. Did Titan change their name to try & hide? read more

Lots of complaints about this company under its other name of Titan Tiny Homes. Check out Titan Tiny Homes here on Yelp. This is the same company. People reporting the company owner Bob taking $5000.00 deposits then not delivering houses. This company has multiple name changes over the years. There are posts in Facebook about complaints of incomplete and broken houses being delivered. There are also complaints from employees stating they have not been paid and reporting suppliers not being paid. Check this company out before giving them your hard earned money. read more
