He didn't have to spend 26 minutes on the phone with me patiently explaining information but he did! After that call, I felt like I talked to an angel; I felt so blessed! The house and interior seems newly renovated and well maintained. It is aesthetically pleasing with modern colors and decor. The rooms are personalized with each residents personal photos and memorabilia to make it their "home." What makes this place so wonderful is the caring/loving owner, manager and staff. Ruth the owner is very down to earth and has a very hands on approach involving resident care and safety. Most owners of these board and cares don't visit the place and just have someone manage it. Ruth is not so, I see her frequently at the house bringing goodies in for residents, checking in to ensure her staff are ok and any concerns are addressed. I work mostly with Kim (manager), Theresa and Courtney (care staff). Kim is sweet, caring, involved with patient care and safety and always there to support her staff. Despite of crazy days and chaos she encounters, she never brings it to work and always has a smile on her face. She goes above and beyond to ensure her residents are not just clients but family. She truly cares for her residents and that is the heart of this field. Theresa is always so gentle and patient with my little lady there. Courtney is fairly new to the house but she is also very sweet and friendly with the residents. This place has a lot of different activities to keep their residents entertained, minds active and improve quality of life. If you are looking for a place for your loved one and budget allows, I would highly recommend this place.

I put my dad in this facility, and I quickly very much regretted it. They said there would be…read moreactivities, there were no activities. They medicated everyone up, even if they didn't need it. I was my dad's power of attorney, and I was never notified that they were giving him medications that my dad's doctor had not prescribed. His staff were immigrants from the Philippines and they lived in tiny cubicles in the garage, they had very little or no training. I once saw a woman nearly choke to death. I think she would have had I not insisted he do something. They have beautiful grounds, but nobody helps them access the outside beauty. It's a Potemkin village. I am a lawyer and I quickly figured this out and got my dad the heck out of there. He should have his license pulled in my opinion. He changes his website all the time because of bad reviews, at least that's what I'm assuming. Do not put your parent here if you have any bit of love or care for your family member. It's horrible. I'll never forget how despondent I was when I realized what was found on.

She highly recommended these homes and I moved my mom here after stupidly having her in 4 other facilities ( yes, you read that correctly) that neglected her and cost 14,000 a month. Casa Bella is amazing! I haven't had a single issue complaint or concern. I am a former child welfare social worker so I do expect high quality and following of all safety regulations. This place has it all!! Three caregivers for 4-5 residents. The staff are knowledgeable, reliable and loving. The caregivers are stable and rarely leave the facility so my mom has staff that she knows. The owners of these homes are doctors and it shows. The staff are so well trained and I just can't say enough good things about them. The home contracts with an incredible home health nurse practitioner who visits weekly and monitors my mom's health. The caregivers stay on top of any changes in her medical care and notify the nurse and me. This home is half the price of those fancy assisted living and memory care in the communities that put all the elderly in the middle of a big room and leave them there for hours. These caregivers at Casa Bella treat the residents like family. They do activities with them and make sure they are engaging with them all day. My mother's room is absolutely spotless and she also is constantly well groomed. I've visited a few times without notice and it is always the same .. my mom is happy, comfortable and clean. My mom has dementia and no longer can speak so it is so important for me to have reliable care for her. I have been able to be stress free knowing my mom is safe and well cared for by Exclusive Senior Care. I welcome anyone to reach out to me if you want more information. He has placed her in and we as her family do not have any ability to get updates because this guy has completely isolated her from her family and friends.He sent the business card to this place to my mother so my mother wanted to get an update she called the cell phone number and it was the business card of Elizabeth Mullins apparently she is the administrator. When she answered the phone it was very unprofessional. She just answered by saying hello so my mom introduced herself, said that she was the mother of the patient there and it was dead silence then she repeated it and Elizabeth responded with "I know who she is" so my mother was just calling to get an update and that's what she explained and Elizabeth was being very aloof and finally, she says "who gave you my number" at which time I took the phone from my mother and explained who I was and said that my mother is just trying to get an update on her daughter and the lady explained that my sister's boyfriend has power of attorney again we were not asking for medical records or anything simply asking an update on how she's doing how she's feeling and the boyfriend gave us the phone number. I explained it to her and I explained to her that we are having a difficult time trying to get updates for her. I asked her if she could not have any empathy for a mother trying to find out what is going on with her daughter. This lady was being very cold. I told her I would send the screenshots showing that he had sent us her information. I even asked if there was someone else I needed to speak to to get an update and she just kept getting dismissive. When we hung up with her, I sent her the screenshots like I said I would and immediately the boyfriend called. So she called him immediately and he called back. This is so unprofessional and so callous I would not recommend putting your loved ones at this place because she was very unhelpful and had no empathy whatsoever.

From the moment he moved in, Polly's Place felt like home. The rooms were always clean, filled with natural light, and the entire facility carried a warmth that's hard to put into words. Scheduling visits with family and friends was always seamless, and the open, compassionate communication with the staff made every step easier. I want to extend my deepest thanks to Inez, Mae, Gigi, and Mater.
