We discovered Elite Concierge at a wedding expo we attended and booked a meeting not too long after. Walking away from our initial meeting we knew we had found the perfect person to help bring our wedding vision to life. We felt truly heard as a couple and I noticed very good notes were taken. I really loved that Cheryl asked us so many questions, even how we met, because let's be honest what engaged couple doesn't love to talk about that?! Although we only hired day-of coordination our coordinator was there for me to reach out to along the way. I even received a few "just checking in" emails which put my mind at ease knowing someone was there to help me if need be. For our wedding day, Cheryl and her assistant were prompt and prepared. I did have a few close friends and family members there to help them set everything up since I knew it would be a lot of work. I didn't have a chance to take a look at the venue before walking down the aisle, but I wasn't worried at all and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Everything was beautiful and I'm still not entirely sure how she managed to get everything up, including the candy buffet they provided which I might add included Mexican candies my husband and I requested. Cheryl was on top of everything, throughout our wedding day. I was amazed at how she kept up on schedule and fit everything in that we wanted. Over the course of several weeks, I worked closely with Lina while arranging the additional support my mother needed following her surgery, which had been significantly delayed due to the Kaiser strike. Throughout the process, Lina was professional, compassionate, kind, and extremely helpful. There were several frustrating moments related to scheduling issues, many of which I expressed to Kaiser. Lina was always honest and transparent, explaining that all of their Spanish-speaking caregivers were currently assigned to other clients. Even so, she consistently took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and help explore possible solutions. Lina maintained regular communication to ensure my mother received the specific care she needed when she needed it. While there were some scheduling challenges along the way, Lina remained proactive, attentive, and supportive, helping us navigate each obstacle. I was left waiting without any communication or explanation. * I contacted the agency and left a message for Val to call me who I was told was a supervisor, asking to return my call to discuss what happened. Unfortunately I never received a response. What makes this even more concerning is that they serve elderly individuals, people with disabilities, and families who are already under tremendous stress and relying on these services for support. They present themselves as compassionate and caring, but that has not been my experience. If you are seeking respite services through this agency, be prepared for poor communication, more stress, more disappointment and difficulty getting the assistance you need.

She is fantastic for multiple reasons. She is very mellow and relaxed, when my son started doing his "monster" sounds it didn't even get a response. :) We hired her on multiple occasions, changed the timing few times and came back later than expected last night. She was professional, right on time and was willing to be flexible. She took both boys out to dinner twice, shopping to the toy store and even took them to California Adventure! I will be honest, even as their parent I would only take these trips with my husband as back up. Everything went perfectly well. She sent us an update on the boys with pictures attached, told us how much they ate and what, what they did and how everything went. My kids wanted her to stay "forever".
