The care, compassion, and patience they show my mother--who is living with dementia--go far beyond our expectations. I was my dad's power of attorney, and I was never notified that they were giving him medications that my dad's doctor had not prescribed. His staff were immigrants from the Philippines and they lived in tiny cubicles in the garage, they had very little or no training. I once saw a woman nearly choke to death. I think she would have had I not insisted he do something. They have beautiful grounds, but nobody helps them access the outside beauty. It's a Potemkin village. I am a lawyer and I quickly figured this out and got my dad the heck out of there. He should have his license pulled in my opinion. He changes his website all the time because of bad reviews, at least that's what I'm assuming. Do not put your parent here if you have any bit of love or care for your family member. It's horrible. I'll never forget how despondent I was when I realized what was found on.

She highly recommended these homes and I moved my mom here after stupidly having her in 4 other facilities ( yes, you read that correctly) that neglected her and cost 14,000 a month. Casa Bella is amazing! I haven't had a single issue complaint or concern. I am a former child welfare social worker so I do expect high quality and following of all safety regulations. This place has it all!! Three caregivers for 4-5 residents. The staff are knowledgeable, reliable and loving. The caregivers are stable and rarely leave the facility so my mom has staff that she knows. The owners of these homes are doctors and it shows. The staff are so well trained and I just can't say enough good things about them. The home contracts with an incredible home health nurse practitioner who visits weekly and monitors my mom's health. The caregivers stay on top of any changes in her medical care and notify the nurse and me. This home is half the price of those fancy assisted living and memory care in the communities that put all the elderly in the middle of a big room and leave them there for hours. These caregivers at Casa Bella treat the residents like family. They do activities with them and make sure they are engaging with them all day. My mother's room is absolutely spotless and she also is constantly well groomed. I've visited a few times without notice and it is always the same .. my mom is happy, comfortable and clean. My mom has dementia and no longer can speak so it is so important for me to have reliable care for her. I have been able to be stress free knowing my mom is safe and well cared for by Exclusive Senior Care. I welcome anyone to reach out to me if you want more information. After a bad fall in January of 2021, which resulted in an extended hospital stay, and time in a…read morenursing home in Torrance (which was not a good one!), I finally arranged to move my dad into this wonderful house in Anaheim. From the first phone call, Kathrina was extremely helpful. She assisted me with everything needed to get my dad moved in; including the transfer from the nursing home to their house, all the paperwork and logistics. My dad's mood and enthusiasm improved immediately. They provided everything he needed, including his own room, physical therapy, food, a full time staff, and doctor care. It was such a relief knowing my dad was in such good and caring hands. And the cost was more than fair, especially considering everything they were doing. My dad celebrated his 84th birthday there, and Kathrina threw a little party for him, with cake and even gifts! It was wonderful. She always made him feel at home, and kept me informed of his condition, responding to my texts or calls right away. Unfortunately my dad never really got his strength back, and passed away on April 5th. But Kathrina arranged for hospice care and transportation to the funeral home. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It felt like she was an angel watching over him during his stay, which gave me and my sister great comfort. The service provided by La Palma Home Care and Kathrina was absolutely amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would.

They went the extra mile in caring for their elderly residents. Once when my father had to go to the hospital one of the owners stayed with him for hours waiting for the hospital to admit him. Mom has a modest retirement pension and is also diabetic, so unlike dad, she would also need medical personnel on staff. We searched for a place near us, but the cost was way over her pension and the cheaper places had a waiting list of several years. What to do? By word of mouth, mostly, we were introduced to a new memory care facility. It would be much more affordable for mom, located somewhat near the beach, but best of all, it was started two years ago by a psyche nurse and her nurse daughter, who had a vision for a loving environment with staff who were required first of all to have a genuine love for aging elders. My siblings and I discussed the matter and decided that we would give Cielo Vista Senior Living a serious go. Mom has been living at Cielo Vista Senior Living for the past nine months. She loves it! The staff is so nice and friendly, the food is great, and mom loves her private room. We are so happy we could cry :))) She just enjoyed her 90th birthday party and thanks us again and again for finding this really great place for her. She says, "We take care of each other." The brochure doesn't begin to speak of the quality of life and care that mom is getting at Cielo Vista. You just have to come for a tour. Meet the staff, see the happy faces. The first thing mom did when she got there was play one of the four pianos around the facility. When my brother Joe visits, he always plays the piano for everyone.
