She visited me in the ER in a reasonable amount of time. She was kind, experienced, and calming. Dr. Hardin gently performed an evaluation, patiently answered all of my questions, and clearly explained options and recommendations. She updated my husband after the surgery and then we spoke over the phone the following day. She again was so patient and answered our questions regarding recovery. I followed up with her several weeks later at Mid-Carolina. The clinic is located right next to UNC REX Hospital beside (or a part of?) the Women's Center. The women's center has their own parking garage. It was easy to find parking and walk to the clinic following the posted signage. The front desk attendant was friendly and communicated clearly. She walked me through the appointment process and then I went to the lab. Right away the lab tech greeted me, completed the tests, and then I waited on a room assignment. It took a reasonable amount of time to be roomed and seen by Dr. Hardin. Dr. Hardin as expected was kind, reassuring, and patient. I did not feel rushed and left satisfied that I was well supported and all my questions were answered. Looking forward to continuing my OBGYN care here with Dr. Hardin.

I will also state that if you read all the posts you will see i posted about 3 yrs ago. With that being said here you go. My dealings with Jim started 3 yrs ago. This came after going to chiropractor for over a yr along with my own stretching. I also used the inversion table. The pain and discomfort wouldnt go away. Ive had lower back surgery for spine issues and this pain was differant. So I also used accupunture in past with great results. So I went to 1 near me. After my 2nd visit I knew she was not the 1 for me. Trust me when I say ALL accupunturists are not created equal.. Just like western medicine. Some are specialists for a reason. Sorry to say its called skillsets. So now im on the search and i came upon Jim. Im not going to lie, the first to treatments were tough. Jim went right to work ... I will admit i was like wow and a lil nervous. But by the 6th treatment i felt amazing. The pain was gone. I could sleep and I could hug my other half without pain going down my leg. Here it is 3 yrs later and alls well with my leg. So at this point im like hmmmm. I had reviewed 3 other facilities and took my time in evaluating each as I was not pushed to make a quick decision. I made a number of inquiries to them as I learned more about Long Term Care and determining what was important for the care of my wife. The sales group was very helpful and getting information that I requested and provided information they anticipated that I might need in planning. After about 4 weeks, I decided that TerraBella North Ridge was the facility that met my budget and care concerns. Lot of paperwork to be completed but that went pretty smooth. I made a number of trips to visit my wife at different times to see how the memory care unit was being run. The care staff were impressive in how they care for the residents. They are outgoing and helpful in the care of the residents. The memory care unit has residents with various needs and they work to meet them. I was not aware that TerraBella has PAs that can take over the role of Primary Care Provider so the residents do not have to go out which would have been a problem for me. There are also long term pharmacies that can provide the needed medications that packaged to TerraBella requirements. I continued to learn other things the care group does such as some hair trimming and trimming finger nails. I checked on the dining offerings and the food served was good. They have food that is prepared in different ways that the resident may need. I have been impressed with TerraBella in providing all the needed care that my wife needs. I would recommend that you setup an appointment to see the facility and talk with with staff there if you are looking for assisted living or memory care.
