With Mark, I can tell he is actively assessing me as he adjusts and he is the only chiropractor I have seen who has offered lasting relief. I initially saw him due to numbness down one arm into my hand which he was able to resolve within the first few sessions; it has never returned (it's been ~2 years). However my real issue is chronic lower back pain which varies in its intensity for several years. The pain ranges and baseline I have mild discomfort but can be completely debilitating for about 3 days with extreme pain and difficulty moving. And while it may never fully resolve due to the degenerative nature of my diagnosis and my personal lifestyle habits/patterns I'm working on changing, I now have long periods between the completely debilitating bouts. And when I do tweak my back in a way that I know will progress to a major issue, he accommodates me the same day whether I call or just walk-in. I also have to praise the atmosphere; since it's family run I feel right at home there too. It's a comforting and personal environment rather than a more clinical or sterile one.
