He doesn't try to get you to come in all the time. He helps adjust you and you may need a couple visits, but then he sends you on your way. I was having increasing symptoms for several years and had been diagnosed with thyroid by my pcp. I started on synthroid but after a while was not feeling any different. Constantly felt like I had low level flu symptoms including tiredness, body aches, pain in extremities, intolerant to exercise, increasing respiratory/asthma symptoms. Dr. Ray is really good and equipped to deal with exactly these issues. We started with diet changes which were a big change but worth it and I started feeling better within a week. It was an elimination diet and I later reintroduced several foods though I have permanently cut some out. I also started some helpful supplements. After almost a year I continue to feel better and have occasional check ins at the office.
