I asked the receptionist why I was asked to arrive early and she said she had no idea, she didn't send texts and couldn't tell me who did. She was dismissive. I was the first appointment of the day and had to ask at 7:30 when I would be seen. My first test took 20 minutes and I was sent back out to the lobby. I had to go ask again when my next test would be preformed. The receptionist told me they had to wait for a physician to arrive. It's completely unacceptable to schedule people when your office isn't prepared. Everyone's time is valuable and should be respected. Very disappointing office experience at this facility. If you use them, do not make your appointment early and arrive 30 minutes early. I can say the techs that took care of my stress test were excellent.

Dr. Agan took the time to listen and review it all with me, I never felt rushed and I actually felt heard and understood for the first time! Thank you! I told him that I didn't want to jump through hoops if I wasn't going to have resolution of the problem and he actually empathized with me on the circumstances. Staff was awesome. Only complaint was it was over a month till testing he did order could be completed. But my problems aren't critical so I understand that a little bit.

i cannot comment on the other doctors in practice with dr peabody at woodlands north houston heart…read morecenter,but having been her patient for many years even prior to joining with the group,i can recommend her highly..as a physician she is very professional,asks the right questions,schedules tests she feels are needed,and she treats you with care and respect..not all doctors do that..the office staff at the front desk (woodlands)has changed a bit since all services have moved upstairs to the larger office,and i have had only a few issues which i mentioned to dr peabody..getting an appointment is not difficult,and if you have to come back one is offered to you at the checkout desk..the wait times in the office itself (large lobby area) are average,with a few minutes in the lobby and a few minutes in the back with the nurse doing the pre check weight,blood pressure ,questions etcetera, prior to seeing the doctor..there is a small issue with parking as the office is adjacent to st lukes lakeside,texas woodlands childrens hospital and st lukes on 242,and the spaces outside are always full, and the parking garage (free)is often very full as well..

The 1st time I saw him was by referral from a Dr. in 2019. Dr. Kuten said my D.O. had done such a great job that there was nothing he could do for me. (BS!) as I was sent by EMS from the DO's office (who accepted the glory Dr. Kuten gave him) office to the hospital. I believed him until I ended up in three (3) Hospitals 4 or 5 times in less than one year. At least one (1) of the hospital Cardioligist was honest with me and drew me a picture of my heart, which proved I was "walking dead", but she said there "was no Cardio Surgeon that would touch me, not even my 1st Surgeon from 11 years ago when he successfully performed a triple bypass, & I would have to go to John Hopkins or someplace like it". WTF?!? So, I carried that drawing with me wherever I went, even back to Dr. David Kuten who said that "If I had a quadruple bypass, I could die, and no one could help me"! WTF again!! I am thinking, "I am already dying, I can feel it. I can hardly walk! I could be driving, have a heart attack & kill someone & my only child would be left to deal with all this S--it!" He accepted that chance when he became a surgeon. My father was a physician/surgeon, so I knew this. Also, instead of Dr. Kuten, who was still my cardiologist, coming to see me in the hospital, he sent his partner - not cool at all - Christopher Lavergne, M.D., whom I did not know or why he was there. Dr. Lavergne asked me why I disregarded Dr. Kuten, as if I was being sneaky or undermining him. What an insult to my intelligence. I told Dr. Lavergne that Dr. Kuten "Threw me under the bus" - consider, I was in an altered state & Dr. Lavergne stood way across my room with his arms crossed, not even near my bed. But at least I told the truth. I also explained that I was not looking for a surgeon or another cardiologist & that I need a new PCP. Later, I also explained this to Dr. Kuten who was very understanding. My father was a surgeon & I worked for many MD's, in office, hospitals, nursing homes. in-home health, even TAMU Vet School. I am not stupid. Well, I left the sorry D.O. to find another PCP whom I have heard of for years, who grew up in Conroe, from a retired nurse I have known since 1965 & the new MD's schoolteachers in Conroe who knew him as a child. I told my new PCP Dr. my story and BINGO!, he immediately bypassed (pun intended) all cardiologists and directed me to a Bold & Brave Cardio-vascular Surgeon who performed a quadruple bypass & I survived. Both Dr.'s are Christians (the surgeon even prayed with me before surgery) & they are both Aggies..Gig'em! & Most of all PTL Praise the Lord for leading the way, HIS way!

I have only seen Dr Desai ONCE (1x). All scheduled appointments were carried out by a PA and each of those appointments were with a new PA. My husband was recommended to Dr. Desai with a BP hypertensive crisis episode. Dr. Desai recommended a prescription for $400. Of course, she and the pharmaceutical team may have profited; but, as seniors we would never be able to pay such an outrageous price. The office staff? Office training is definitely needed. Most workers at Healing Hearts are most efficient in wounding hearts. I have not felt the need to post such a negative review but my experience here has been awful.

I would not consider another cardiologist to look after my family. We are so fortunate to have Dr Vaidya and his staff (who also all love and respect him) in the Willis Conroe, Woodlands arena!
