Nothing was communicated as to what is going on or how much longer it would be. I'm not too sure if this is an everyday practice or if this is the way it just because it is just so busy. I am hoping it is the latter of the two. I am shocked because I come from a medical background. This office has no structure or organizational protocol to which the staff operates.

They seemed to have a good relationship with each other. Located at Pali Momi Medical Center, Dr. Chang's office was clean and spacious! The staff were very friendly and efficient! The EEG test took about half an hour in one room. We waited in for a bit, had vital signs measured, went to an exam room, then Dr. Chang explained the results. I am so glad I went here to hear that nothing is wrong with my veins and there is no risk of varicose veins with this particular vein on my right calf. When I called to book an appointment, the receptionist was very sweet and patient. She helped me book one within the next week and answered all possible questions I had about the process. To my surprise, the consultation for the ultrasound on my veins was FREE!! WOW! I was ecstatic to hear that when I was on my way out. I was even able to see the specialist that performs the sclerotherapy procedure to inquire on how much the procedure is. I was informed that most individuals need 3 to 4 sessions. There is a waiting period of 4 weeks in between each session. Each session is $300 if your insurance does not cover the procedure, since it is considered cosmetic unless they seem it medically necessary.
