The pamphlet was designed in Canva, and they even helped us tweak the layout so it printed flawlessly. Our experience with AVS has been great. We only utilized their VHS services, but the owner, Matt,…read moremade it a smooth, enjoyable experience. The AVS website is easy to navigate and offers a variety of ways to get your VHS tapes to them, though we elected for drop-off/pick-up since we are reasonably close by. Matt was able to transfer about 15 irreplaceable home movies to DVD. He was also able to repair 5 of the tapes that we thought were beyond repair. Each DVD came numbered, had a personalized cover with a title, and was included in a hard case for storage. This was unexpected but very welcome. We did end up having a few minor quaility issues with a couple of the DVDs, but Matt courteously took them back and redid the movies. He was professional and respectful the entire time. I have to stress this point: AVS is the absolute most afforable VHS transfer and repair service I found in all of Northern Illinois. The rates are incredibly reasonable, especially compared to several way-overpriced competitors, and the product and service quality is great. I was happy to support a great small business, and I highly recommend AVS for your VHS transfer and/or repair needs.

The morning I was leaving for a bachelorette party I found out the person I originally hired to make shirts for this special weekend fell through and didn't do anything. I was scrambling to find someone last minute because I had 17 plain t-shirts that needed something on it. I did a search on google and came across Fresh Concepts Enterprises. I called told them what happened and the predicament I was in. They said they would call me back after they check if they could have them done that day. I received a call back that overjoyed me! They said they would do them because this is a special weekend for the bride. So amazing!! I was leaving that morning for Lake Geneva and was trying to find someone to pick up the shirts. The receptionist mentioned one of the ladies lived in Williams Bay. I cannot tell you how kind and helpful everyone was when I arrived. I was introduced to Deb when I got there she was a sweetie. I made clear what changes needed to be made and that there was a timing issue. I even agreed to pay the cost of fixing their mistake but it had to be done asap. I called back a week later to check on the progress and they didn't even start my order! Save you time, money and aggravation and go someplace else. I argued with Paul, the owner to get my deposit back and he refused. I told him I was going to file a civil suit against his business. He laughed and said that I wouldn't waste my time with court as most busy people wouldn't waste their time. Obviously he's done this before. Take you business elsewhere.
