A few days earlier, I had ordered flowers online from a competing website to be delivered by 3 pm on Friday but they hadn't been delivered so I reached out to MD Creations. It was after hours but I was desperate to make sure there were flowers at the funeral. I texted the numbers provided on their voicemail and heard back from Carlos within minutes. I explained my situation and he shared photos of a beautiful arrangement Maria put together for another engagement. It was exactly what I had in mind and at a great price. Although their business doesn't open until 10 am Saturday, Carlos promised they would go in early to create the arrangement and he would hand-deliver to the church by 9:30 am. The service was scheduled for 10:30 am. This morning, Carlos texted me a photo of the delivered arrangement. Another wonderful personal touch that eased my mind. To say I was beyond grateful is an understatement. Thank you so very much Carlos and Maria for pulling off this miracle for me with such short notice!! They delivered a basket plant to my best friend's mom funeral after it took place. They gave the flowers to someone walking out of the funeral home without getting a name of who they gave them to! My friend and her family had no knowledge of me sending the flowers or any of her family members accepting them. When I ordered them, I talked with the CSR who promised me if they could not get the plant basket to the funeral home before the funeral that they would call me and cancel the Order. They didn't do that! They took the money out of my account and never sent me a receipt nor did they call me back as they had promised. I guess they are use to giving away plants and flowers to random people! Yes, I am extremely upset and disappointed. Don't use this company for phone orders. I think they take advantage of people who live out of state and won't be attending the event. They figure you won't see what they sent.
