BUT.... here comes the part about customer service. The nice man I talked with last week was out and only appears to work on Mon, Wed and Friday. Today, (Thursday) the "whatever" manager that came to me was rude, acted like I was a bother. I said that I had talked to another person he was willing to make a deal. He then said MAP price only and abruptly turned around and walked away from me, not even giving me a chance to respond. I had cash and was willing to work the price to what he had, but never had the chance with his horrible attitude. If you are going to treat customers like this, you probably won't be around much longer. So now, I will endup getting the train on Ebay. Sadly, This is why people end up at Amazon and Ebay. You want to talk to a human and get treated like this. I was going to plug the shop on my youtube channel and also plug it in an upcoming magazine spot.., but.... Sorry, but that was a horrible way to treat a customer and won't be happening.

My aunt and I went to Hobby Lobby to obtain decorations for an "Elevated fall" vibe in our living room/ dining room area back at home. Boy oh boy do I love me some Hobby Lobby! I feel like the selection at this Riverside location was better than Rancho Cucamonga location. We purchased garlands, candle holders, table runners, ribbons, and small knick knacks to tie our whole look together. We are SO satisfied! We will definitely coming back for Christmas. Prices are based off tcgplayer which is nicer than ebay/scalp prices for sure, but a lot of their cards ARE mint or near mint so you will pay a lot more for a card than if it were lightly or moderately played, which is fine, but kind of is a downside if you just want an authentic card in your collection and not necessarily to grade. So just look to tcgplayer and filter NM card for accurate pricing of what you'll most likely pay. Nice place! And employees are knowledgeable and nice.

I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.
