Horrible customer service. If there was a ZERO STAR option I would gladly give it. I went on their website to request a quote on Monday, August 12th. I uploaded pictures as instructed. I received a text shortly after from 737 252 7400 ( if you Google this number it comes up as CarBodyLab, 429 Lenox Ave., Miami Beach, FL 33139) The text was requesting additional pictures which i texted. Didn't hear back anything. Tuesday, August 13th, I sent another text which no one responded to. On the same day I sent an email to nelson@carbodylab.com explaining that someone texted me requesting additional pictures, I sent them and didn't hear anything. He asked me to email the pictures. Then he goes ghost. No response and it's Wednesday, August 14th. In this economy, I'm not going to BEG a business to take my money. Use them at your own risk. Not sure how they can repair vehicles when they can't even respond to simple methods of communication. read more

I was a little hesitant to have someone do bodywork on my vehicle in my garage instead of a body shop. But I didn't wanna go to a body shop and leave the car and then have to go back and pick it up later. So I took the chance to have it done in my garage and I couldn't be happier with the results. The car had been sideswiped. The paint had been scraped there were dents. The mirror had been knocked off. Jacob was here for about six hours And completed the work and it was better than I ever could've imagined. I would recommend this company Car Body Lab highly. read more

I love the fact that I didn't have to go to a repair shop and have to leave my truck for days or even weeks. The convenience of them coming to my home and repaired my issue within 2 hours was amazing. I would definitely recommend and keep them on my list to use if I need them in the future. Jared, was very professional and efficient. The price quoted, was the price I paid at the end once Jared finished. read more

This review is for the Car Body Lab in Henderson, NV. The technician came and painted the section of my car that needed repair. He did a good job and was friendly. The only complaint is that he could have cleaned up better before he left. There were numerous paint drops on my driveway which will not come off completely. read more

I would definitely recommend Henry and CarBodyLab. They provided an on-line estimate from photos which was very reasonable. Jacob arrived as scheduled and was very professional in masking/protecting surfaces and repairing damages to both the front and rear bumpers to perfection. The paint matched perfectly! Great job! All from the convenience of my garage/driveway. read more

Who would have thought that a full service body shop could come to your home and complete an excellent repair at more than 1/2 the cost of a conventional body shop. For a relatively small repair that you are paying for to avoid an insurance claim Car Body Lab must be given a chance for your business. They come to you when you expect them and quickly repair your damage at a fair price. If it ain't right they will fix it without an argument. Highly recommended! read more

Use Car Body Lab for a scratch and small ding in my door. These guys are pros! Easy to get an estimate, constant contact over text and the guy who did my repair was an artist. Exceeded my expectations, the car looks back to new. Thank you! read more

My experience with Car body lab came at honestly by accident. I had some scratches on the front bumper from a car scraping me. I went to the dealership and received a quote for nearly $2,000. On the way home I said to myself there is no way it should be that much so I looked up auto body corrections. Car body lab came up and I was excited because it is an at home service so I don't need to worry about leaving my car anywhere, or getting a rental car. The app makes the process so smooth and easy, you upload pictures and the application generates an easy and understandable quote for you to review which came back 1/3 the cost of the dealership. Next you schedule. All things that seem obvious but try to get scheduled at an auto body shop or dealership you will understand it's more than a process. Next Robert (technician) from the Tampa area came and started his job on the paint. It wasn't the best weather out but Robert pushed through. We had the car in the garage and he kept pushing through even though from time to time it poured on him. He was methodical, communicative, and transparent through the whole process. Absolutely outstanding! Then came the down pour and the rain shifted enough to come inside the garage and actually get on the wet paint he just finished, if Robert wouldn't have pointed it out that the paint got wet, I don't believe I would have noticed but he wasn't happy with his work and refused to accept that he was done. So he said I will come the next day to redo it. Thus meaning instead of making more revenue/profit for the company for a new customer he was going to take care of me for a second time at no additional charge. He came back out as promised, redid his work in the sunshine and it looks good as new. The purpose of me relaying this long story is to represent the mindset of the company and its employees. They appreciate the customers they have and they make sure they do the job correct. This is a costly decision but they just won a repeat customer and a loyal customer who will spread their name as often as possible. Great work, great communication, and a great company which is hard to find now a days. Thanks Robert and team! read more

My repair was exceptional. My technician Jason was late but he communicated throughout the experience. I can honestly say he made up his tardiness through the repair he did on my car. My bumper was pretty badly damaged but he made it work and my car looks new again!! And I will definitely recommend to others. read more

The technician did a really good job. The deep scratches are gone and the paint matches perfectly.

Robert did an amazing job job painting both side mirrors on my Tesla. Now they look like they did when the car was new,

Awesome experience! Rigo came out on the scheduled day, but was unable to do the job due to lack of a garage or covering and high winds, but offered to come out on his day off at a different location and do the work, and did an amazing job! Would highly recommend the company! read more

Prompt response; prompt with work; upfront with cost; timely and excellent work with great customer service.

I had a scratch on the rear bumper of my wife's new car. With only 1500 miles on the car, I didn't want to ignore the obvious scratch, so I got an estimate at a highly recommended body shop in my area and received an estimate of more than $1900. I decided I could live with the 1 inch scratch if that was what it would take to repair it! But then I ran across the website for Car Body Lab. I sent the picture & a week later the repair was made for $303. And they didn't touch-up the scratch, they just replaced the bumper part with a new piece. The communication was great; the tech was knowledgeable; the work was excellent; and the price was incredible. read more

Labor for a Front Bumper cover and replace was a good price but $863.63 for labor was crazy for something simple to do. For part it was $213.02 and a parts pickup and disposal was $50. All I was asking was to lover the labor cost but they said that 1,144.49 was the lowest price they can offer. I know that $863 is crazy for a labor for a front bumper and cover. Then charge me $451.50 for Front corner bumper dent. After that they say that the bumper replacement is $663.63. The person doing my quote was Henry. This was based in Las Vegas. read more

I had an incident at the Valet stand of a local restaurant - it concluded with damage to my front bumper that left my car with scratches well past the clear coat. I looked for businesses that were in my area and up popped "Car Body Lab". I was able to upload my info on line, and upload a pic of the damage and in minutes I was sent a fair estimate. Did I mention that this was at 10PM at night? Every thing about the process was quick, easy and based on customer service. Did I mention that they will come to your house and fix it on the driveway.? They do. Did I mention that they guarantee their work? They do. It did not stop there! I was informed of whether or not the day/time I chose was available - it was! I was informed of who was coming to service the car (his name is Jose) and I was told when he would arrive. Guess what? I got exactly what I wanted and what was promised - and when Jose arrived (on time) he explained to me what I needed to know and got to work. He was clean, precise and was a master of the process. His work was impeccable. He left me with a vehicle that looks like nothing ever happened. I recommend dealing with Car Body Lab for anything related to damages to you vehicle. Their prices are more than fair and probably 50% of Auto Repair places where you have to leave your car for a few days! And I want to recommend that you ASK FOR JOSE because he was an expert at his craft. I may not want to "need" their services in the future, but if I do - there's only ONE place I will call - Car Body Lab and I would ask for Jose 100%. read more

Their tech arrived the day after I initially called them to do some body work/paint.
