That's all I need" Well, he started cutting away and throughout the cut it seemed like he had envisioned something else. He said "if we cut like this, it'll be better" and I hesitated on every suggestion but I said "as long as it'll give me the look like the photo I showed you". He told me no worries and to essentially trust the process. Well. Towards the end of the cut, I wasn't seeing the vision and he kept apologizing and saying things like "well I already cut over here. Can't fix it" and kept saying "ya sorry, your hair is hard to cut". He suggested "you just have to grow your hair back out" - like, come on, he was cutting 5-6inches of hair down to the skin. It'll take me months to get my hair back. At the end he said "next time bring more pictures" - I told him I had more and that he claimed that was perfect and that was all he needed. He blamed me. He still charged me full price. Seriously?? I paid anyway because I didn't want the trouble but I felt wronged here.

I have followed her from Issaquah to Bellevue because as many of you know, once you find someone you love, who understands your skin, and can above all make sincere recommendations that are relevant to the health of your skin and your goals for your skin you will continue to follow them. Jeana is all of these wonderful things and then more. I've been to many medical spas and plastic surgery clinics to compare. And if she worked at any of those I would follow her there as well. Jeana is incredibly knowledgeable and talented, in addition she has an infectious energy that is sincere and soothing. I've always heard of her as the Queen of a Wax, because her technique is so quick and painless she created a following in Issaquah by word of mouth. Now she's an owner at the cutest spot called Cara Bella in Factoria. Although I've received probably every service Jeana offers, she is masterful at chemical peel, microderms and dermaplaning. This is a wonderful spa, when you first walk in you are greeted by a warm and cheery atmosphere and immediately feel relaxed. I have personally struggled with acne since I was 11 years old, and at 25 I had expected to be past this stage of my life but unfortunately my hormones had other plans. Jeana Clark has been instrumental in helping me rid my chin of those huge hormonal acne cysts and the super fun scars that come along with them. She had taken the time to get to know my skin and at this point I just walk in and tell her do just do whatever she wants because she knows best. I have also had her wax just about every part of my body and I have never had someone who is as quick and pain free (well as pain free as you can be when it comes to ripping out hair) as Jeana, and as she well tell you, she loves to wax. If you are looking for someone who is passionate, personable, incredibly caring, and will tell you exactly what you skin needs you just can't beat Jeana. Every time I go and get my eyebrows/lip waxed and occasional face treatment from Jeana Clark she welcomes me with a big smile and shows me where I will be getting treated at for the day. I came in with a huge breakout over my chin and told her that it was happening due to my retinol treatment. She advised me to stop the retinol (which is the opposite of the advice I had been given since my skin is likely purging from it but will stop once it runs its course). During the treatment I never felt her cleanse my skin (which she insisted that she did) or apply serums or creams, I felt barely anything go on and only light touches from her. She never told me what she was putting on my skin. To my horror, at the end she advised that I use neosporin on my acne and do honey masks. Both of which are not advised by anything you see online. I had to rush home to wash my skin in fear that the neosporin would start to do damage immediately. She offered to have my come back for free to do extractions but I will not return, to say the least. I am sure that this woman provides adequate facials to those with normal skin but I would never advise someone with serious acne seeing her.
