He was very patient and understanding that I had no idea what I was getting in to and helped me decide on a natural look for my first go and a doll eye from then on. This small change helped me feel beautiful for the first time in years. I also broke my arm and my lashes survived lots of tears plus every ER nurse gave me a compliment LOL I've also seen a review saying that the techs don't speak English which isn't true. Most, if not all, of the employees have Vietnamese as their first language. I personally have never had a problem understanding their accent and if I did I'm sure they would be happy to repeat themselves. Lastly, always very understanding of my busy schedule and patient with me on finding a time to come in. Give Mia's a try, I'm sure you'll have a positive experience

Even taking off old lashes is easy and relaxing. When I went to A+ iLash they pick and pull the old lashes off, but at MIA's they apply a gel that doesn't sting or itch. I always feel refreshed and beautiful when I leave this salon. I'm so glad to have finally found my lash artist!!

I came across her place randomly one day when getting my nails done next door. I decided to give it a try because the trendy place I was going to wasn't consistent and the lack of hand washing as well as cleaning up between appointments was becoming shocking. My first appointment I was hooked. When I was laying there with my eyes closed I was hoping so badly I would love my lashes because Ivonne is the sweetest person and her hands were so delicate, she was truly caring making sure I was comfortable. When I opened my eyes my lashes never looked so good! Just that day I had 3 random people compliment my lashes and asked if they were real. Then the real test begins... how well will they stay. Almost three weeks later they still looked so good and I could've probably have waited a bit longer to get a fill but I prefer to go more often. When people compliment me on my lashes and it's like the day before a fill, I do a secret inner fist pump all Jersey Shore style I'm just so happy that I found Ivonne.
