i wouldnt give them a single star, if your a trucking company needing a tow do not use this company. they will require cash only no comcheck no efs no other forms of payment. you cant have something repaired on their lot neither by yourself or any outside party in order to have it removed and apparently they dont do repairs themselves. a simple air line on a trailer can not be repaired there. read more

Boyfriend recently wrecked his vehicle and it got towed here. Jimbo and Cici were so kind and helpful and gave us the best options for getting our car out. They are very genuine and worked great with us thank you so much h for alleviating our stress!! read more

When asking for quote spoke with Jimbo who advise me that to put car on bed truck was a flat fee $85 and $4 per mile to drop off, if we pay with card their is a 5% charge. At first it was a location that was 9 miles from pick up which would be $36 for distance traveled. I called back and advised we are switching drop off location to an auto shop that is 4miles away from pick up location. Which would only be $16 for the distance traveled. When dropping off the car at the auto shop they told me my total was $125. If my math correct $85+$16= $101, I spoke with a lady who was rude and told me to hush when she's talking to me. Said they charge 10% for oil fuel charge and inconvenience fee since I decided to pay cash instead. Stated that minimum rate was $125 since we didn't go that far they charging me minimum rate instead of what was told to me. I ended up paying $5 less than what they asked for to call it a day. The lady who I was talking to was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this towing company since they don't keep there word and rude staff. read more

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! Unprofessional Drivers with terrible broken old equipment. We used them through a call service and would never let any of their employees touch my vehicle. They are a crooked low budget repo company looking for ways to rob you for extra money...Run away very fast from them... read more

My moms rv broke down while vacationing in Orlando and was irreparable. We got the rv towed to this location which was extremely expensive and then upon finding out the rv would need to be junked they said we could either sign the title over to them for no cost (the rv has a brand new engine generator and electronic modules worth well over 10,000 that were put in this year) or we had to take it out immediately and pay a large fee for keeping it in their lot. Upon coming to the location to retrieve my moms things from the rv we were told only 1 employee could release it from the trailer it was on in the entire location and that this employee was busy so we had to wait for an hour for the guy to even show up so we can start unloading things. They are guaranteed going to make money from this rv and they aren't offering my mom a cent and giving her an extremely hard time the entire process. DONT EVER COME HERE!! read more

I had the best service with Car Store Towing. They answered the phone immediately and were able to help me when no one else in the area could. The driver was kind, professional, and even took time to see if he could see what was wrong with the car. 100% would recommend to anyone in the area who needs towing. read more

To be fair, I just had my 3rd experience dealing w/ this towing company. Each time, response time is quick, which is the most important thing when you are stuck somewhere due to a broken down vehicle. The two honest men who came to jumpstart my vehicle within 30 mins from my call was a sigh of relief since I had a full day ahead to accomplish things, so thanks a million to Al and his partner who came in record time. Costs: $52.50, fair enough, cannot complain there. The 2 other times involved actual tow to my regular mechanic which required $100 plus each trip, which was also reasonable. Bottomline, I guess it really depends on one's situation re a fair honest review of this company. In my case, my call was answered quickly and was charged reasonably for the quick service. read more

First off, if you're dealing with the Car Store it's probably not by choice. This would explain their superior customer service (please insert sarcasm here). My vehicle ended up at the car store following an accident where I was taken to the hospital, this is where the not by choice comes in. I guess when you have a "captive customer" common courtesy slides down the priority list. Upon entering the small waiting area/entrance, you're greeted with a perforated lexon window. The two people sitting at desks can clearly see you have entered the establishment no matter how hard they try not to make eye contact. And here's where the rub comes in to play. Although you're standing there in plane sight they don't even acknowledge your presence in any way. Where there should be "someone will be right with you", there is the continual answering of the phone of calls that came in after your arrival. The time between finishing the call still does not bring their attention to you, they answer another call. Complete lack of any customer service skills when they do address you finally. I guess when they have your property and you're at their mercy to get it back, they can act as insouciant as they want too. You would think with business being basically given to them, they would be happy to see you walk in the door. read more

I had the pleasure of dealing with this company and one of their drivers Nick. Just had to leave a quick review and wanted to say nick was the BEST tow truck driver i've ever dealt with, through all the tows i've ever ordered. We had some adversity with angling the car back onto the flatbed because my steering was completely disabled and he was very efficient and knowledgable in how to get it onto the truck without damaging my car. not to mention i had misplaced a fair amount of cash while i was cooling down in his trucks AC after we were all wrapped up and he went out of his way to make sure that the money got into my hands! The world needs more people with golden integrity AND character like this. Many thanks Car Store! If I can recommend! I'd definitely Get some referrals from nick! For new hires. read more

Never used their service but witnessed their truck doing 80mph plus in 55mph zone. Not a very responsible community member.

We let my mother-in-law borrow our car last night because her car was in need of repair. We actually spent the night at her apartment, so we could all leave together in the morning, since (we thought) it would be easier that way. Woke up to leave and our vehicle was gone. Apparently, it had been towed overnight. Our son was late to school and we were very late to work! Mind you, my mother-in-law listed our vehicle on her lease, which means we *should be allowed to park there, wouldn't you think? Because there was no STICKER, our car was towed and we were forced to pay $125, in addition to all of the Uber rides to and from work, so we didn't have to miss a full day of work each, plus to and from our son's school in the morning AND afternoon! Absolutely ridiculous to have your own car towed from a place you live and have IN WRITING that you can park there! Apparently, a STICKER takes precedence over a LEASE! How is this legal??? Absolutely unbelievable! read more

They helped me get off the side of the highway when my car completely died and I was in tears, scared out of my mind (I'm only a college student). They helped me in my time of crisis when AAA was useless. The care they gave for me was so kind and appreciated. Didn't charge me anything in exchange for my vehicle which was going to be liquidated. Thanks for everything especially Jimbo!!!! read more

Terrible customer service. The absolute worst. They heavy set lady who handles the payments and answers the phones was rude, condescending, and even made me wait at 8:30 in the morning from getting my car because she was too busy stuffing her face. All of this kn front of the "supervisor" who just said "she'll be there in a minute". When o asked who was the owner the "supervisor" told me "oh he'll just tell you the same thing just not as nice!" What a joke. Not to mention they Uber charged me and refused to correct it. They only accept cash because they know any credit card wouldn't honor their sneaky tactics. The heavyset female is just made at the world! Nothing but attitude the whole time. Her life must be extremely miserable to conduct herself like that for no reason at all. I've already contacted the Dept of Agriculture Division of Licensing and will be filing a formal complaint. read more

Almost nothing they told me was true. Said they would pick it up at a specific time... showed up four hours late. Charged us three times what they said they would. Then they dropped it off at a repair shop, blocking a driveway and took the keys with them... But, in the end... they did finally tow my vehicle, and it did arrive at the specified location unharmed. read more

The people that work at this location are THIEVES!!! My car was impounded there on 5/4/17 at 10pm with my purse and other items in it. I picked my car up on 5/5/17 at about 5pm when I got there I was told to wait at the fence for an associate so that I could get the registration. After waiting 10 minutes I go back inside the office only to find the cashier and the guy inside holding my keys joking around. I go through my car and find my wallet, a friends cell phone, phone chargers, usb drive, winning scratch offs, new scratch offs, Oakley shades, Versace shades, my bath tissue, the ink pens out my purse and console and yes I said bath tissue were all stolen. I called the police and they said that this company is contracted by the police, what a shame, All I know is they better have my items on Monday!!! read more

The worst business I have ever dealt with. They refused to let my husband get my child's belongings, so after just being in an accident that wasn't even my fault and totaling my car, I had to up there. I was told a golf cart would take me back since I could barely walk. A guy met us at the gate and refused to get the golf cart, I told the guy this business was a joke and proceeded to walk back and he stopped me and said "it sure is and you're not wearing proper shoes to walk back". We had to take my husbands truck back and he made it clear if something happened to a tire, it's not his fault. Seriously? What happened to empathy? I just totaled my car! Even the building is disgusting, it should be demolished. read more

The worst experience ever!!!! My car was stolen and the police retrieved it and held it at the worst place ever. When trying to find out what it is that I need to retrieve my car the associates on the phone were rude and hasty and acted as if I should know all the things I'm asking about. Then when I advised that I'll have my insurance company pick it up, they never told me that I needed to sign papers or send an affidavit. Instead, when my insurance company goes to pick it up - they LIE and say it's not there! I called them again to find out what happened to my insurance company picking up the car and they tell me they need the information. I sent the information the same day, my insurance company goes there again and they LIE again and say it wasn't there. I called them on 3-way again to find out what the issue was. A rude bitter man Randy puts me on hold like 3 times without warning, to get back on the line rushing me to answer his dumb questions when he doesn't even remember where we left off, I had to keep reminding him where we left off. When we ask Randy what the hold up was he said there shouldn't be any hold ups at this time, my insurance person went to ask him some additional questions in regards to this horrible experience and he's like "Listen, I don't have time for this, I have 3 other people on the line" and hangs up! These people have definitely lost their way. They are in no shape or form capable of dealing with the general public. They have no personal skills. They are holding cars hostage in exchange for more daily fees, lying to folk's insurance companies. Rude Crude Frauds! read more
