The stereo in my backup car was making some weird noises. Adam said it is pretty common in older Lexus SUVs and recommended a new head unit. I made an appointment and brought it back for them to install it with new faceplate. Mark did the installation and found that my speakers were all pretty much destroyed. He installed a component system in the front and made accommodations for me to replace the rears at a later date. The unit I got far exceeded my expectations and I must say service at Car Stereo Specialists was exceptional. The guys really explained everything and Mark spent extra time to explain the features after the install. Went in to replace my factory touchscreen head unit after it blacked out. Just told Kevin what I was looking to do and he recommended and ordered all the stuff that was needed. Minor issue with the shipping of one of the kits, but they were able to reschedule and get it within a week. Even provided a discount for the minor inconvenience, which most places probably wouldn't have done. Overall, the end product looked great and the customer service was exceptional. read more

My little Chrysler Crossfire needed some TLC and that's exactly what she got. Speakers were rattling and making everything but great music. Car Stereo Specialists found the problems, installed new speakers and now she bumps like she used to again. When I discovered my inside left car door handle wasn't working correctly I took it back and they resolved the issue, no problem. Some auto specialists would try to blame it on something else. My truck radio stopped working. I was about to replace it with a new one when Mark said he could trouble shoot first. After more than an hour, he found a bad relay. I purchased a new relay which Adam installed...the radio now works fine. They only charged me for one hour labor. This shows not only how reasonable their charge was, but how honest they were about the diagnosis (they could have still recommended a new radio, but didn't). Integrity, service and knowledge are trade marks here...wouldn't go anywhere else! read more
