Very disappointed in the customer service here. I went in to make an appointment to have a new stereo installed and was assured it could be done. I came in on a Thursday and the sales man told me they would need to order an installation kit but that it should be ready by Monday. I scheduled an appointment the following Friday which provided them with plenty of time. When Friday came I was told the parts had not arrived and that they would contact me once they had. A week later no call. I ordered the parts myself and had everything within 3 days and ended up doing the install by myself. I don't know about that old review, but went in to get an alarm for my jeep and the experience was top notch. Very knowledgeable about wiring, sensors, and proper placement. So disappointed in the customer service here. I bought my husband a new stereo for Christmas and told them we would have it installed early int he new year. The first appointment we made they cancelled when we arrived even though we'd driven 45 miles to get there. Now when we try to reschedule they don't have an installer for 4 weeks or more. Everyone I've dealt with here has been rude and had no customer service skills. To bad, I prefer to buy local but should have went on amazon for this one. read more
