If zero stars were possible, it would be given. We dropped off the car for a detailing, specifically requesting the seats to be wiped down and the carpet to be washed. Nothing was done, excluding some minor dusting. It seems as though they just dragged a dry microfiber cloth along the interior and called it a day. This place is 40 minutes from us so we grabbed lunch after we dropped it off. Now, we have to wait here while they actually do it this time. Not worth $80+ whatsoever. read more

We have 2 cars/2 memberships. Popped in for a service. The line for Memberships wasn't clearly marked. I pulled into center lane (a membership lane) behind a Toyota Tundra. The attendant was helping said driver. Said driver's wife walking dog while husband conducted business with attendant. All the while, another vehicle pulls into far right lane. Attendant pointed for me to go to far left lane. I pulled up expecting to be assisted b/c handwritten sign on scanner wouldn't let me use membership sticker. The attendant bounces over to the car which had pulled in AFTER me (by a good 5 minutes). I pointed this out to attendant who responded with "I'm the only one here and we take customers as they arrive." I told him I was here BEFORE the car he was going to. He asked why I had pulled into lane I was in. You directed me to go there. I gave up and left. I called and got the vm for business. Recording said return call after close of business. Left detailed vm. As of this writing (well after close of business), crickets. This is the 2nd time in as many visits some foolishness with the entry into this car wash was unsatisfactory. read more

Kenny, Mike and Rashad are Service Kings at Car Spa in Arlington! Listen, I got my oil changed, my car washed and filled up on gas all in one spot. So I'm ready for my trip. They even went and got the filter I needed Because you know, my car is special and she requires extra attention LOL. Kinda like her owner The Lobby was clean and quiet even with a service dog there. I was able to get some work emails done and a phone meeting. Having WiFi made it a real treat, because there was no way I wanted to go back to the office on a Friday afternoon. As a veteran, I got a discount- so that love was appreciated. it felt good to be valued as a veteran, especially with the cost of car maintenance these days. So don't sleep on Car Spa in Arlington, but if you we're tired while getting your car serviced, then I would say you probably could get a good 20 minute power-nap in, it was so quiet and nice. Especially with an active lifestyle with work, errands, and kids taking the time to clean a car will take up a couple of hours. do not get your oil changed here!!!!! they are unprofessional and may blow up your engine!!! they couldn't even get the air pressure right in my tires. they left my drain plug loose and all of the oil leaked out and left me stranded!!! they didn't even offer to refill the oil or tighten the drain plug!!! stay away from this place!!!! read more

Disappointed I have visited previously my $48.00 detailing was not what I experienced, chemical dots on the windshield from the ceramic spray, trunk was not vacuumed as requested. In general clean however the attention to detail I experienced previously clearly missing. read more

I went to Car Spa March 12, 2025 at 9:13 am to get my vehicle washed and cleaned inside. There were no other vehicles that, snd believe it or not..they did an awful job!! They missed another if spots inside my vehicle. My vehicle was not filthy, and the 2 guys who cleaned the inside are clearly in the wrong job. I gave them fools a tip too, but I should have checked it out before I left. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

I have been a customer of the Car Spa for a very long time and have always been very happy with the service, pricing, quality they offer. Five stars for that! Today my review is about the quality of people they have as employees. My truck battery died yesterday in the middle of Atlantic Blvd in front of the Car Spa yesterday during heavy traffic. I walked up and asked for a few hands to help me move my truck and immediately got a few employees who quickly and kindly pushed me out of the road. Keith spoke to me briefly about what may be wrong and went and got a portable battery charger for me. Phil then assisted me with the charger. I was impressed because they were busy, it was 100+ degrees outside and some old man who's truck broke down was interrupting their work, yet they were as patient and helpful as could be making a frustrating situation much more bearable. Its not often anymore that you run into this type of customer service and especially this kind of customer service when you are not there to purchase something. Kudos to Car Spa, Phil, and Keith and thank you! I promise I will be in for a detail soon. read more

Car Spa gets on my nerves. It's the inconsistency for me, there's probably only once or twice in all of the years that I've been going that they got it right the first time through. I've had to have managers do my car again and it sucks because there is usually always a wait here. Who wants to waste a hour and a half out of the day getting your car "Spa'd" just for it to not be done right?! Yeah, nobody. But.. unfortunately there aren't many washes where they do it all, so I'm stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I will say though.. everyone is nice and the customer service is cool. I met the manager of the auto portion of car spa and he's a genius. read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid. I took my 2022 SUV in for an oil change and the drain plug got stripped resulting in over $400 in repairs that I had to pay out of pocket. My claim was denied by the COO because I did not give them the opportunity to assess the damage before repair. It took over a month from initial claim filing and multiple follow up calls before an adverse decision was made. At no time was I asked to bring my vehicle in for assessment. I did stop in when the damage was initially brought to my attention, before I had repairs, and had to hunt down an employee who told me the manager was gone for the day and to return midday the following day. I stated that I could not get off of work and they told me to call the number on my paperwork to file a claim. Weeks after I filed the claim, I called to follow up and the manager finally called me back to start working on the claim. Horrible customer service experience to say the least, poor communication, untrained employees, and the upper management did nothing but lay the blame elsewhere before I even spoke on the matter. Please do yourself a favor and avoid altogether as this is not the CarSpa of the past. There is a reason there are no lines anymore and I should have followed the signs. read more

Got an interior and exterior cleaning on 9/17. When I used the car 9/18 my ApplePlay would no longer work. I'd noticed quite a bit of water or cleanser in the console around the drink holders and the one CarPlay port. I can only assume that they managed to get water into that port and short it out. I will not return. I have been a customer for 20+ years. read more
