Edgar came to my home and was totally unaware of what a ceramic topper or booster was. He was a nice guy, and I actually went through the effort to teach him about the product category and showed him how to apply. Of course he did not have the product on his truck, so we used a bottle of OptiCoat Booster that I had. I don't blame Edgar but instead blame the owners for sending him out totally unprepared from a knowledge and product availability standpoint. I paid the agreed price nonetheless, but many people would not have. Update and reply to your response: I offered to use my supplies because you were not equipped and did not have the supplies as per our email agreement. I came across Arow through a Google ad and at 3.99 per day, I couldn't pass it up. I booked the reservation online, which required a small deposit and the balance was due when dropping the car off. We had to print out a confirmation and the location was extremely easy to find except name on building is slightly different and address on confirmation said 3915 but it was really 3925. Please see picture. We checked in with ease very early in the morning. There was a slight language barrier but both the clerk and I managed. I paid the balance and he gave us a claim ticket. He drove us and another couple to the airport which was less than 5 minutes. It could not have gone any smoother. When we arrived and called for the shuttle to pick us up. They asked for our claim ticket number and said to meet them outside departures, as the driver was en route and less than 10 minutes out. We were picked up with 2 other people, taken back to the location we dropped the car off, which was waiting out front for us. Again, it was so easy and affordable. D'Professional Collision Center is a SCAM - Avoid at All Costs!…read more I made the mistake of bringing a car to D'Professional Collision Center after a tiny fender bender--and I regret it entirely. What should have been a simple, inexpensive fix turned into the most outrageous, overpriced scam I have ever experienced. My Story: The damage to the car was minimal--just a small dent on the corner of the trunk door and a slightly misaligned bumper. The trunk still opened and closed perfectly fine, no scraping, just fine and there were no scratches anywhere. This should have been a quick and simple repair that, at most, would have cost $300 at a reasonable shop. But D'Professional Collision? They had the audacity to hand me a bloated estimate filled with completely unnecessary charges: * 8.9 hours of labor to fix a tiny dent? Lies. * 9.4 hours of painting and paint supplies--when there was no paint damage to begin with! * Replacing the car's nameplates--which were completely fine and untouched! At this point, I realized they were straight-up making things up to jack up the price. They prey on people who don't know much about car repairs and expect customers to blindly accept their outrageous estimates. This Place is a Den of Thieves The way they conduct business is criminal. They pad their estimates with bogus fees, overcharge for labor that doesn't need to be done, and shamelessly take advantage of their customers. Everyone involved in running this place should be locked up for what they're doing. It's one thing to charge high prices--it's another to flat-out scam people. If you need repairs, DO NOT COME HERE. Go to a trustworthy, family-owned body shop that won't rob you blind. This place is nothing but a complete rip-off, and I wouldn't trust them to fix a scratch on a toy car. After the repairs, the vehicle looked great and was done within the time frame given but one thing that really stood out was how well they cleaned the vehicle before they returned it to me. I've had vehicles detailed before but this is an added service at no additional cost and was better than ones I've paid for in the past.
