The place is better for elderly people to take their written tests instead of going to the DMV…read moreespecially for someone like my Grandpa who didn't want to wait in line for hours, the problem is they might not know you were sent here to take the test, so when we came they asked why we didn't go to the DMV; well we gave them the driver license and after checking on the system they said they could assist us. You can either take the test on the computer or on paper, for my Grandpa he would prefer paper in Chinese, took him a little while, and the test were very tricky, anyway he passed the all traffic signs but the multiple choices questions he didn't, so he could come back 2 more times to retake it. I would say they were not very helpful because they were not always at the front desk, you have to ring the bell, and if you push the button so many times they got mad, also come early to find street parking, unless you wanna park in the structure and pay, this place doesn't do validation for your parking ticket and they locate on the 4th floor. Open Monday to Friday 8am-5pm every week except holidays.

The one company that oversees many areas of the state and the construction of the many express routes and the new freeways that will be connecting with the San Diego International Airport making transportation easier and faster. For many which have seen the many workers that take to the Highways and the expressways that oversee and the control center watches from the toll roads and the cameras along the way keeping the many areas of San Diegos freeways running smoothly and on time. The main Company that has been on the forefront of the transportation and the freeways is the Office of Caltrans on Taylor Street directed located over near the Old Town State Park they have so many workers that go at the many hours of the day and night to fix and improve the many areas of the Highways. When you drive is to slow down and obey the signs the many workers, they do work on the open areas and those that are right near the off ramps and the middle parts of the freeway. Caltrans is one company that has been on the front lines of doing many things to help the environment reducing the traffic introducing the bike to workday that is one of the best programs to see people on bikes instead of driving. The partnership they have with the State of Calif they have so many works in motion and the development of bus lanes and the express stations for people to use which are located at the many areas of city streets that go over the freeways express terminals were built so that people could use the buses on the city streets and still get to the express lanes. With the large Caltrans Building that is located over near the State Park with access to the many areas of the Bay Area near Mission Bay. With the Leadership of Caltrans and the MTS and San Dag none of the many transportation trains and the Trolley developments that have worked alongside with the freeways the trains and trolleys will be taking the stress off the freeways. As a Yelp Elite Reviewer from the many travels that I have taken many times you may see the Caltrans works and the technicians which oversee and ones that come on the rainy days to the Nothern parts of California to make sure that travel and the many roadways are kept safe and repaired. I'm hard of hearing and I asked the lady to repeat what she was saying and she snapped at me. I could not understand her with her mask on and the shield in front. From then on it just went further south. When I asked for information regarding shipping options she said them very quickly and again I couldn't understand what she said. At that point she got angry and started passive-aggressively slamming my things on the counter and speaking to me very condescendingly. My 5yo daughter started crying. I told her that wasn't necessary and it didn't cost anything to be nice. I scanned the code so I could voice my comments to the USPS customer service. Then she said "Go ahead I'm not going to get in trouble because I didn't do anything wrong" Humiliating experience in front of a long long line of customers. Trying to mail a package shouldn't end up in a situation like this.
