Jessica screwed up my Transfer and registration, Blamed it on the State. Wouldnt take responsibility for the error. I went back in about every month to find out the progress and I would get the standard answer, we're still working on it, still waiting on the state. (without checking her computer to even look at my issue) The more questions I asked the more she would stonewall me. Today I went somewhere else and got everything taken care of in about 30 minutes. I feel she totally ripped me off. Do yourself a favor, Go anywhere else than here.
