I am SO grateful to have found Skip The Line to help me out! Long story short, I moved from Los Angeles to Denver CO. Covid hit so registering my vehicle here was delayed, when the time came, I realized that in the move I had lost my pink slip. Didn't even know this spot existed but it might be one of the greatest discoveries in my lifetime. I just needed to transfer a car title that I recently bought. And while there is an extra fee, it is very reasonably priced. Especially considering how long those dmv lines are. Fast, professional, and answer all your questions. Stood in line at the DMV for 30 mins, wasn't even close to the entrance and noticed "Skip The Line" poster on the fence. Walked over, asked questions, got help, and left all within 10-15 mins. Only difference with Skip The Line and the DMV is you pay a convenience fee for not having to waste your time at the DMV. This office is so unprofessional. I came to them back in May 2021, it's now December 2021, to have my registration updated as it was suspended due to me being deployed to Japan for 3 years. They happily took my money, $300, and sat on my application for 7 MONTHS. Meanwhile I'm driving around with expired tags and a permit they provided. Then I called headquarters in Sacramento and they tell me they have no paperwork on me sent from skip the line. I went to my local dmv and they didn't even know who this office was or their credibility. I went through another office and got help immediately. Don't know why I wasted months waiting for them to DO THEIR JOB, and then get a phone call talking about how they "diD hELp Me". Well where??? Because I'd like to know. What a JOKE! read more

Skip the line? Oh yea! And it's next to the DMV too, I was in and out in like 10min? Maybe less, I had bought a used RV, they took care of everything right there and then, I had messed up on the paper work too I wrote my name in the wrong spot of the title but the gentleman took care of all that paper work. After my car was stolen and recovered the DMV issued new plates. As a result there was an internal issue causing me a nightmare when it came time to register. After having the DMV return my reg. W/ Fees, failed attempts to use the DMV kiosk and 2 reg service providers...I went to DMV in El Cajon but the line was easily a 3 hour wait or more.. So I decided to go next door to see if they could help me. Much to my surprise... I was out of there within 5 minutes tags and registration in hand! Amazing! What really surprised me is that the fees were minimal. I would gladly have paid $50+++ (or more) to avoid the line and frustration.. but I didn't have to. A HUGE THANKS TO SKIP THE LINE! Negative experience when i decided to give this place a try. If you want to throw away your money for something as easy as doing your own registration online. This is the place to go. Yes you will have to wait a bit until the sticker comes into the mail but it is well worth it. With the extra money you saved you could enjoy a night out with the wife. Omg thank you Edward! I was a loyal customer to another registration service in the are I went there that day and was 20 dollars short of the 600 it took to register my vehicle. I was in a panic because it was so late in the day. So I rushed over to the El Cajon Dmv. As I was in a long line hoping to get in I saw an ad for skip the line. The dmv worker came out and told us there was no more room to be seen that day. Well I was freaked out I was driving with the expired tags and could not afford a pull over . So I call Skip the Line. I had a great experience! Not only was Skip the Line open on a Saturday, which was very helpful in my situation, but the individual that assisted me was very helpful. I asked her name and so wish I could remember it right now. She was very helpful and friendly. My parents had a somewhat complex (to me) registration situation that also involved a lost title. The mailed instructions from the DMV were not entirely clear. Nor could we comply with all of them with a lost title. Even if the DMV had been open during this time (another complication) it likely would have taken me more than one appointment to get what I needed and still could have misunderstood exactly what needed to be filled out. Skip the line and the young lady that assisted me made the first part of my process (that they could satisfy without direct DMV involvement) quick and easy. I can only imagine the time, effort and frustration it would have caused without Skip the Lines knowledge and expertise. I was also invited to call if any questions.
