I had a nightmare situation involving an out of state vehicle purchase and an incompetent title clerk. Skip The Line saved me so much hassle and gave me plates immediately. Everything was seamless, no frills, up upsells. Honestly, my time is worth so much more than waiting 3 hours at the DMV. This is definitely the place I'll go to for anything requiring me to go to the DMV. read more

Great guy! Super easy and fast only about 10 minutes. For young people with little knowledge, hes your guy.

Edward is a great guy and extremely helpful, plus it beats waiting at the DMV. Highly recommend

Edward helped me with a car transfer and saved me a lot of headache. There were some tasks that he went the extra step for us and he made the process more simple. Very professional, patient and smart, he is the best and I would recommend this business to my friends based on my first time wonderful experience. read more

Skip The Line is a very efficient, quick way to get your registration and tags in an easy visit. Their small fee is well worth the time and frustration you'd save by not going to the DMV. You get your tags in the visit, don't have to wait for them in the mail. Edward is highly knowledgable and experienced in DMV matters and can take care of many other DMV matters besides registration. Highly recommend Skip The Line. read more

Guy told me my registration was already paid so I paid $35.00 to get my tags came in two days later and he said I owed $385 . After I said to refund me the $35 he said that's his fee for grabbing the registration! Total scam don't come here read more

Skip The Line is a hidden gem! I used this business three times for registration and today went in, trying to figure out how to get a month sticker as my car when purchased, did not have one. I even wrote DMV a letter for the month sticker with no response. Walked in and out in one minute with the sticker. Truly will never walk in DMV ever again! Fast, not expensive, and thorough paperwork! Thank you! read more

They never reply to any of my emails and inquiries after more than a month. Would not recommend this service.

Great service! if you need anything DMV related this is the best spot to complete everything in a timely manner!

I am SO grateful to have found Skip The Line to help me out! Long story short, I moved from Los Angeles to Denver CO. Covid hit so registering my vehicle here was delayed, when the time came, I realized that in the move I had lost my pink slip. Obtaining a replacement pink slip without being in the state your car was registered in is no easy task, luckily I found Skip The Line and they were able to help me out for what I felt was a reasonably small fee. I didn't have to mess around and waste time with wondering if I was sending in the right documents to the right location, Alicia took care of EVERYTHING for me and I was able to relax knowing that it was going to be done properly. I just got my pink slip in the mail and now I can register my vehicle in my new home state. Thank you for all of your help! Highly recommend these guys! read more

Great customer service and super convenient. Located next to DMV in El Cajon it makes it also easy to find with plenty of parking space

Didn't even know this spot existed but it might be one of the greatest discoveries in my lifetime. I just needed to transfer a car title that I recently bought. And while there is an extra fee, it is very reasonably priced. Especially considering how long those dmv lines are. I was in and out in under 5 minutes compared to the 2+ hours I would have been at the DMV. Great spot and the person who helped me was efficient and pleasant to deal with. read more

Skip The Line is legit. Service was impeccable very informative. The gentleman that helped me out was very professional. I highly recommend coming to get if not all, most of your DMV business done here! read more

Excellent fast service. Did a title transfer and registration was in and out I. Less than 30 min.

Edward the owner is awesome!! I'll never go anywhere els for title transfers or registration. Highly recommend read more

I was really pleased with Edward's service. He understood my frustration with the DMV and printed my document quickly. He even reprinted it when the first one wasn't valid. Thanks again for your help, Edward it made my day! read more

Dudes a great nice guy! He helped me with several dmv paperwork and always answers my questions

Skip the line, indeed! I bought an RV at 5pm on a weekday and had the title transferred by 6pm. Ed is friendly and efficient. Fees were very reasonably. read more

Wow! As a business owner staying on top of my cars can be a hassle, i have used skip the line for numerous dmv activity's. They have always been professional, fast and handle everything for us! I will be referring everyone! read more

Fast, professional, and answer all your questions. Stood in line at the DMV for 30 mins, wasn't even close to the entrance and noticed "Skip The Line" poster on the fence. Walked over, asked questions, got help, and left all within 10-15 mins. Only difference with Skip The Line and the DMV is you pay a convenience fee for not having to waste your time at the DMV. It was so worth it as I would've easily wasted 2-3 hours at the DMV but instead spent 10-15 mins here. read more

Great service! Went in there to renew my registration and I was out within 5 minutes no hassle. Alicia was top-notch!

DMV forgot to give a new MONTH sticker when I picked up new plates. Popped in here real quick, I showed Ed my registration and the lack of sticker on the new plate, and hooked me up and saved me a huge hassle of having to go to back to the hellhole of the El Cajon field office. read more

been waiting in line for over an hour the lady is too busy flirting and telling her life story to the guy in front of y plus on her phone half the time poor service the DMV would be faster read more

This office is so unprofessional. I came to them back in May 2021, it's now December 2021, to have my registration updated as it was suspended due to me being deployed to Japan for 3 years. They happily took my money, $300, and sat on my application for 7 MONTHS. Meanwhile I'm driving around with expired tags and a permit they provided. Then I called headquarters in Sacramento and they tell me they have no paperwork on me sent from skip the line. I went to my local dmv and they didn't even know who this office was or their credibility. I went through another office and got help immediately. Don't know why I wasted months waiting for them to DO THEIR JOB, and then get a phone call talking about how they "diD hELp Me". Well where??? Because I'd like to know. What a JOKE! read more

In and out fast. No wait. Very friendly. Reasonable price. Easy title transfer. Small fee to not wait in line at the dmv but worth it

Wow! Very impressed with this place. I had an out-of-state vehicle to register and was dreading the complicated, confusing, and time-consuming DMV process, but Skip The Line made it easy. I was in and out with plates and registration within 10 minutes. Wonderful service and very efficient. I will absolutely be a returning customer! read more

Why would you ever go to the DMV when this place is around. I went in there on a Saturday morning renewed two registrations and was out of there within 15 minutes. Excellent service. Thank you read more

Skip the line? Oh yea! And it's next to the DMV too, I was in and out in like 10min? Maybe less, I had bought a used RV, they took care of everything right there and then, I had messed up on the paper work too I wrote my name in the wrong spot of the title but the gentleman took care of all that paper work. I walked out with my stickers and registration. It's worth it guys, this is my first time using their service and it beats waiting for hours! at DMV in big in big crowds. They do charge a fee but when your paying hundreds in registration and sales taxes you don't even feel it. read more

After my car was stolen and recovered the DMV issued new plates. As a result there was an internal issue causing me a nightmare when it came time to register. After having the DMV return my reg. W/ Fees, failed attempts to use the DMV kiosk and 2 reg service providers...I went to DMV in El Cajon but the line was easily a 3 hour wait or more.. So I decided to go next door to see if they could help me. Much to my surprise... I was out of there within 5 minutes tags and registration in hand! Amazing! What really surprised me is that the fees were minimal. I would gladly have paid $50+++ (or more) to avoid the line and frustration.. but I didn't have to. A HUGE THANKS TO SKIP THE LINE! YOU HAVE IMPRESSED ME BEYOND BELIEF. I WILL RECOMMEND YOUR SERVICES TO ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY! read more

Negative experience when i decided to give this place a try. If you want to throw away your money for something as easy as doing your own registration online. This is the place to go. Yes you will have to wait a bit until the sticker comes into the mail but it is well worth it. With the extra money you saved you could enjoy a night out with the wife. Have a pizza night or something. Think twice before coming here. read more

They were amazing in helping me register and get plates for my golf cart.

Omg thank you Edward! I was a loyal customer to another registration service in the are I went there that day and was 20 dollars short of the 600 it took to register my vehicle. I was in a panic because it was so late in the day. So I rushed over to the El Cajon Dmv. As I was in a long line hoping to get in I saw an ad for skip the line. The dmv worker came out and told us there was no more room to be seen that day. Well I was freaked out I was driving with the expired tags and could not afford a pull over . So I call Skip the Line. Edward told me to come on in and he would see what he could do. This man saved me from another pull over he reduced his fee for me to get me tags that day. I paid him the money and made sure I paid him the rest with in minutes. I just want to say how kind that was. This is a man that knows how to get a customer and keep them I won't go anywhere else from now on. Go to him those kind of people deserve the business instead of a place where they don't really care. Thank you Edward you are awesome you got my business for life ! read more

I had a great experience! Not only was Skip the Line open on a Saturday, which was very helpful in my situation, but the individual that assisted me was very helpful. I asked her name and so wish I could remember it right now. She was very helpful and friendly. My parents had a somewhat complex (to me) registration situation that also involved a lost title. The mailed instructions from the DMV were not entirely clear. Nor could we comply with all of them with a lost title. Even if the DMV had been open during this time (another complication) it likely would have taken me more than one appointment to get what I needed and still could have misunderstood exactly what needed to be filled out. Skip the line and the young lady that assisted me made the first part of my process (that they could satisfy without direct DMV involvement) quick and easy. I can only imagine the time, effort and frustration it would have caused without Skip the Lines knowledge and expertise. I was also invited to call if any questions. Well worth the fee for the help I received both in terms of the time and frustration it saved. I would highly recommend. read more
