Within 10 minutes they identified the problem and provided me a solution that later worked. No fee requested. On April 14, I returned again without an appointment and explained further problems with my install. This time I suggested a consult fee to which they agreed. Looking up car specific fuse block information, they again identified the solution and requested I pull my car into the shop to show me the correct fuse block location for my application. Then as I watched using their supplies they did the final power supply install for the front camera. 15 minutes later all was working as the manufacturer intended. As a DIYer I like to learn by doing and in this case watching but if I did not, I wouldn't hesitate to contract them. The man there said he'd take a quick look right away, spent 5 minutes looking into it and fixed it right there. I asked how much I owed him and he said "nothing." I originally called him to just repair some curb rash on an alloy wheel on my 2021 Toyota Highlander, and to see if he could repair it it's flat tire which had a piece of metal embedded in it. He picked the tire up from my home , and over a few days, he successfully blended out the damage, and took the time to find the optimum colour match with the chrome finish of the wheel. I was very impressed with the amount of effort he took to research the proper paint before he did the repair, and now you cannot even see where the damage was. He let me know the damage to the tire was beyond safe repair limits, and feeling I could trust him I decided to buy for all new tires from him since mine were almost to the wear bars, and later we determined that my 4-5 years old wheels needed new tire pressure warning system units (the TPWS had not been working). I never felt like I was being up sold, and in each case he took the time to discuss and walk me through his logic. It took two days to order in the tires and he switched them all out right in my driveway over a few hours, and they look and drive great. I definitely recommend using Eric for his honesty, good communication, professional skills, and strong work ethic. NOTE: Clients should note, that he also has to charge a lot of the same additional fees like Canadian Tires, such as environmental and tire disposal fees, shop supplies cost, balancing fees, etc., as well as the fact that you should expect to pay a small fee for him coming to do all this in your driveway, so you might want to ask him for an "all-in" estimate so you are not surprised. I found his costs fair when I compared them to Costco and Canadian Tire. Eric was also sensitive to work around my own work schedule, and he did his part between 5 to 8 PM at night so I did not have to take time off work.

I seen his reviews and thought it would be a good idea to bring it to him. Once I brought it to him he said he could have it done in 2-3 days which I agreed to. I then call him 3-4 days later and he doesn't answer but reads my text and leaves me on open. I call again the next few days and he tells me he will call me back. He then calls me and informs me while trying to put the wheel on, the previous weld cracked but he could fix it . So I agreed and he told me it would take another few days. I call and text him a week later and same situation , no calls answered all day for days and leaving texts on open. Finally he calls me back and says the tire I dropped off which was perfect before was somehow damaged and I'd need new tires and tried selling me some tires he had. I was frustrated but had no choice so I went online and purchased 2 tires for the price of 1 that he was trying to sell me so I can change both back wheels to match. I bring him the tires and he says it will be done by Friday and this was Monday. I call him Friday and no answer to calls / texts left on open all day. He then texts me at 11pm saying he couldn't get the rim on the tire but "will try again in a few days" i asked how long that was and he said "I don't know " I was honestly shocked by how this guy runs business especially considering I don't usually have bad experiences and support locals. Long story short I spoke to other shops who Litrelly know him and they said to pickup the rims immediately and this guy doesn't know a thing about repair. It made sense so I nicely asked to pickup my rim and he agreed. I showed up to pick them up and to add insult to injury he comes out acting drunk and stated I had to pay for the rim repair that he caused on my rim after I just got it fixed and paid someone else. He stated either I pay or I'm not getting my rims and tires back which at this point I was in shock I don't even know how this guy is in business. He then extorted me for 200$ and said he wouldn't even gaurentee the weld out of knowhere last minute and gives me a whole speech. I take my wheel to the next place and they state this guy did a horrendous job and they need to redo it and fix it and his welds are the reason the tire won't go on which makes sense because his welds looked like they were done from a highschooler learning in his garage. So now I have to pay a third time to have these rims fixed and repaired and this guy Eric charged me for something I didn't even come to him for and was his own mistake. Insanely terrible service this old man needs to retire.
