I brought my brand-new Lexus GX to Artesian Detail with only 26 miles on it and paid $6,500 cash based on the understanding that it would receive a full PPF wrap, which was discussed in our Facebook messages. Instead, the vehicle received only a ceramic coating--not the full PPF installation I was led to expect. What was even more disappointing was a blemish on the hood. After the ceramic coating had already been applied, I was told the blemish couldn't be removed. I believe this should have been brought to my attention before applying the coating so I could have addressed it with Lexus while the vehicle was still untouched. Instead, I received my brand-new vehicle back with the blemish still there. I later brought the GX to Clear Shield for a true full PPF installation. Before applying the film, they removed the blemish without any problem. That left me questioning why I was told it couldn't be fixed in the first place. This review isn't about attacking anyone. It's about helping others make an informed decision. Get every promise in writing, compare quotes, and make sure the work you're paying for is the work that's actually being performed. I have screenshots of our Facebook conversation discussing the full PPF wrap.

During that time, my…read morecar has seen and been through it all: countless road trips to far away places, beach trips, mountain trails, young kids, drunk and nauseous friends, you name it. All of these have translated into the interior of my car taking a beating. I finally decided it was time the interior of my car got the much needed attention it deserved. After multiple unsuccessful calls to various auto detailing places, I reached out to All Star Mobile after finding them online to see when's the soonest they could pencil me in. Ronald was super responsive and was able to quickly turn around a same day appointment for a full interior detailing on a Sunday. What's unique about this place is that they come to you which is extremely convenient and saved me the trouble of having to Uber home and back to pick up the car. Ronald showed up exactly on time and got to work immediately. And let me tell you, these guys are THOROUGH. They spent 3 and a half hours detailing the interior of my SUV. While it did feel long, I appreciated their attention to detail and the results were worth it. My car felt almost brand new on the inside and I was genuinely excited by how great my car looked again. There were stains that have probably been there for at least 5 years that were completely removed. The interior was near spotless. I'd highly recommend All Star Mobile for those looking to get their cars detailed. It may seem pricey, but it's worth it for the convenience and for how thoroughly they clean your car.

Our Chevy Tahoe wasn't in terrible shape, but between two little boys, we had a nice covering of dirt, leaves, and food that was enough of a mess I couldn't clean it properly myself. With the car in the driveway and mobile detailing station outside, two hours later our car was transformed. The interior honestly looks better than when we bought the car, and I'll be calling Shine Show again in the future. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE FRAUDULENT & UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!!!!…read more I contacted Lords detailing a week prior for a detailing service on my sedan for $220. It was my first time dealing with said company. I dropped off my car after work & left my keys before they opened around 8am. (We spoke prior about this & he agreed since I work night shift). I picked up my car around 4:30pm later that day. Upon entering my car, I was shocked to see my car still dirty!!! The picture you see here is literally right after I got the car & that wasn't even all that was left dirty!!! After speaking to family & friends about what to do, I called and spoke to Marcus. I told him I was unhappy with the detail & what suggestions he had. He proceed to tell me that he will give me a 50% refund and that I can come to pick up the check. I told him I would be able to tomorrow. The next day arrived & I let Marcus know I'm on my way. Once I arrived, he asked to look at the car then said he would not honor the 50% off since it's too much & will only honor a 20% refund or if I can let them clean the remainder of my car in the next 20mins. I told him absolutely not!!!! You had my car for over 8 hours and I got it back dirty. I went out of my way to drive there on my day off when I don't even live in Everett just for him to give me another story when I arrived. I told him after not wanting to go back n forth that I will just dispute the 50% charge with my bank. I'm telling you right now, this company took advantage of a woman of color! Do not do dealings with this company. You have been warned!!!!!! He may not have wrote me the check but I hope this turns away at least 1 customer as a loss of business for being unprofessional & not keeping your word!!!!
