I drive around 22000 miles a year so it's somewhat expected to replace my windshield every 1 to 1.5…read moreyears due to highway rocks and debris. In the last 6 years of owning my G37 Sedan, everyone from front end to the technician have done well to meet my particular needs. Specifically, I really have found that the OEM windshield can be low quality and that the best brand for my specific car is Pilkington. Knowing this, they assured me that they could get that and supported this choice. As the system typically accounts for consumers that simply throw any aftermarket windshield on as an insurance replacement, it can be tricky to work within the system to get the best available option, but this location has done very well with keeping me updated, notifying me of any delays, and making sure that my schedule has minimal interruptions. All jobs that they have done for me have been great with exception to one that did not seal properly, which they resolved without issue. Definitely recommend going in with an understanding with what you want, how your policy works, and accounting for logistical delays. Also recommend doing in the shop instead of mobile, especially during extreme weather like heat or cold to optimize the work environment for the technician. Their mobile jobs are still good though.
