It's the same on every model s with one small difference, but the parts and procedure are the same. Besides, I can tell him which variant I have. He has to see it. There are 100 YouTubes on how to do this and these are supposedly Tesla specialists. Tesla Service Center gave me a quote without seeing it. It's a long way to Boca when there's absolutely no reason for it. Guess I'll do it myself.

Since this was my first time at the shop, I wanted to double-check that this was definitely the issue before committing. After emailing him back that I'll take some time to think it over, he responds saying I owe him a $150 diagnosis fee added on that was never mentioned when I dropped the car off. I called to politely ask about it and whether I had signed anything or been told about the fee upfront. Vinnie immediately responded with, "Never mind, you're not my type of customer, don't ever call me again," and hung up on me. I have no issue paying a diagnosis fee when it's disclosed in advance, but the lack of transparency and the abrupt, unprofessional reaction spoke volumes. It felt like a shady tactic, especially during my very first interaction with the business. Overall, extremely unprofessional and not a shop I can recommend.

MOOG sway bar links that are on the manufacturers website for $36-$50 per bar and on Amazon for $30 per bar for the exact manufacturer MOOG model number , He looks me dead in my face and proceeds to tell me he is charging $100 per bar. I don't want to even imagine what he was charging me per axle and struts, I then ask him if I buy the parts that he is going to buy, can I bring them in and he repairs the car he proceeds to tell me "no they put on quality parts Not over-the-counter" so because I would like to save $400-$600 on parts and buy the same exact parts from the manufacturers website and bring them into you they are not " Quality parts". They advertise "price match " but not once did he say if I found The exact same parts and manufacturer for a lower price would he match the price, they think because they advertise in the shop they are a "dealer alternative shop" that they can charge you an arm and a leg on aftermarket parts . When I called to let him know I wasn't going to keep the appointment, he told me he'd done some research and bring it by anyway, when I had time. I recently had my oil changed and had a great experience as usual. I arrived at 7:30 am and was the first customer in line. It took 1.5 hours for the oil change with synthetic oil. The total price was under $77, which is comparable to other auto shops. I asked the owner, Omar, to check my front tires for wear. He told me it would be best to replace them. I trust his opinion because he not trying to sell me tires. I will continue to use Complete Automotive Service for regular maintenance on our vehicles.
