What sets this station apart from every other station in the state is that it's one of the few left that still offers good ole fashioned full service. That means you don't have to get your butt out of your seat when your tank is running low. They not only top off your tank, they will check your oil, clean your window and do so with friendly southern hospitality. When I was here I went through the self-service because well honestly I'm little embarrassed to have people do something for me if I can do it myself. Nevertheless one of the guys from the full service side came over (Cliff) and cleaned my windshields front and back for free. Unfortunately I didn't have cash on me at the time so will catch you next time, Cliff. Appreciate the nice friendly gesture! Cheers! 1217th review 2/17/2018 137th for 2018

They answered the phone within a few rings and in a very friendly way said to bring it. Upon arrival I was greeted and had all paperwork done within 5 minutes. I was told it would be about 20 minutes before they would be able to check the brakes. In 20 minutes I had their inspection findings. Since parts were had to be ordered I was told it might take 2-3 hrs.. two hours later I received a call that my car was ready. Pricing was good, Service was exceptional, the staff were friendly. What more could anyone want? Six stars on a five star rating system. This is the place that truly delivers more than what they promise.

I requested an oil change and a tire rotation. The last two times I've purchased this service, the…read morecost has been $56. Today I went in with a $50 gift card that had been sent out in a mass mailing by Speed themselves. First, they did not know what to do with the gift card. The man behind the desk told me, "Our marketing department messed up with this because it should not cover an oil change and tire rotation." But the card only says that it can be applied to any service over $50. Then the price magically went up to $109. When the $50 gift card was applied, the price dropped to $66, which is what I paid. I'm not Einstein, but . . . . Maybe I do not understand how a gift card really works. I walked away suspecting that I had purchased an oil change, but that I had given Speed a $10 gift card. The help assured me that I should be grateful because he had removed the entire cost for the rotation and labor, and there was no other category to remove from the bill. Their parting words of consolation were, "Well, at least you got your oil change and tire rotation out of the way." That I did.

MY BABY'S BACK! I…read moreall excited to purchase a new car until the salesman dropped the keys in my hand and said "she's all yours". Suddenly I felt a shift in my soul as I handed the keys to my husband and decided to drive my 15 year old van home. I intentionally avoided the freeway and took the back roads back to Alpharetta from Kennesaw. At that point I decided that I could not get rid of my van as there was just too much history there. The fact that I did not want to trade it in was an indication of some unresolved feelings. I not only wanted to keep it but I wanted to have it painted and repaired as needed. I have two motor heads in the family so I knew that they would take care of the "under the hood" matters. When it came to painting, I had stored Express Auto Body Service in my memory bank after they had taken care of one of our cars years ago. We had gotten an estimate previously but weren't sure if we wanted to invest the money in such an old vehicle so matters were placed on hold. We could have chosen to just hit the hot spots where the sun had severely damaged the paint but instead decided to have a complete makeover When she finally arrived home, we knew that we had made the right decision because she looked great. Upon seeing her, my first reaction was to hop out and give her a hug. No I'm not strange, I just know that hugs are appreciated. I really missed my baby! Once the paint has cured in a few weeks, I will be taking her back for be buffed and boy she will be popping for sure. If you have an older vehicle that is still mechanically sound and holds great memories, consider painting it and keeping it in the family for the sake of nostalgia. Actually, since I work close to home I will using my "old school" baby as my primary vehicle and for local errands. The "new girl" will be used for vacations and road trips if there ever is such a thing once Covid-19 subsides. Anyway, I definitely recommend Auto Body for your auto repair and painting needs. Just do it!!

I cannot say enough nice things about Jim and his business. I took in my Mazda CX-30 which had…read morebeen hit in a parking lot and had to have a door replaced, touch up paint and plastic molding replaced. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new. The paint and molding looked perfect, as well as the door. Although it took a couple of extra days (none of which was their fault as parts were delayed), it was well worth it. Not only did they repair my car, but they detailed it as well. Seriously, it was just as beautiful as the day I drove it off the showroom lot (and their detail job was better than the dealership's). As far as price, Jim was very fair and showed me the parts he had to order and his estimate/quote was right on the money. I am a woman and in no way did I feel he was dishonest or took advantage of me. I did not pay a dime over that amount. His quote was $2,000 less than the first one I got and trust me this isn't because they do shoddy work. Their work is impeccable and I cannot recommend them enough. If you need body work done, you really should check Jim's shop out. I don't think you will be disappointed at all!
