I wish I could give 0 starts. This might be the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with someone representing a dealership. I contacted this dealership about their 2019 Toyota Camry and made an offer based on the cars condition, multiple accidents in different occasion. They had every right to reject it, counter it, or simply tell me we were too far apart. Instead, their Finance Manager ( his name is Omid Ali) responded: "Kick rocks dude." Yes. The Finance Manager. When I called out how disrespectful and unprofessional that was, instead of recognizing that maybe this wasn't an appropriate way to speak to someone contacting his business about buying a vehicle, he doubled down: "As far as I know you're not even close to a potential customer." And when I mentioned that I had screenshots of the conversation, his next response was: "Ohhhhhhh nooooooooooooooo not the screenshots." You genuinely can't make this stuff up. Apparently, making an offer this Finance Manager doesn't like means you're no longer considered a potential customer and therefore don't deserve even basic professional communication. Let me be clear: I'm not upset because they rejected my offer. Reject it. Counter it. Tell me the price is firm. That's business. What I'm reviewing is the way someone holding the title of Finance Manager chose to represent this dealership when he didn't like a customer's number. And before anyone thinks I'm exaggerating or leaving out the part that matters, I'm attaching the screenshots. You don't have to take my word for anything. Read the exchange yourself. Ironically, he mocked me for keeping the screenshots. I'm actually glad he did, because they allow his own words to speak for him better than anything I could write here. If this is how you're treated before they have your money, I'll leave it to prospective customers to decide how much confidence that inspires about what happens afterward. I came looking to negotiate on a used Camry. I left with absolutely no interest in giving this business a dollar. WARNING don't go!!!! Went here for the first time to look at a car and ask a few questions. Right from the start, the service was disappointing. The salesperson barely engaged with us--answered questions in a nonchalant way and kept walking off mid-conversation. We came back the next day ready to buy. We test drove the car, liked it, and were prepared to pay cash. We sat waiting to speak with the sales manager, who walked by us three separate times, each time asking what car we were interested in and saying "I'll be right with you." He never came back. Instead, he stood nearby having casual conversations while we waited--completely disrespectful of our time, even after we explained we needed to leave early because my husband gets up at 3 a.m. When we finally tried to move things forward, we made a very reasonable offer. The car was listed at $8,900. We offered $9,000 out the door and even said we'd handle taxes, tags, and title ourselves. They came back at $9,900--$1,000 over the listed price--claiming it was for "document fees." When I asked what that meant, I got a vague answer about "things behind the scenes." No transparency at all. Their fees are outrageous and completely unjustified. They then said they could "take $100 off," bringing it to $9,800--still a terrible deal. The sales manager never once came over to speak with us directly--not that day, and not even the next day. He couldn't even give us the courtesy of a follow-up conversation. We made our final offer of $9,100 out the door and again said we'd handle everything ourselves. The next day, they casually responded that the price wasn't coming down and asked if we wanted to come get the keys. Absolutely not. We ended up buying the same car--same year, different color--for $6,700 elsewhere, with one owner (unlike the one they claimed was one-owner but wasn't). Purchased a 2019 Lincoln Navigator found via Car Gurus, had it shipped to our home in Mass. Drove it within 15 minutes of dropping off and the check engine light immediately came on, motor was misfiring, my husband owns an auto business, did a tune up. Still check engine light, motor blew a month later. They sold us a car fully knowing the motor was bad, my husband could tell that they had been in there working on it without success, wires were left undone. Taillight had water droplets stuck inside so would not pass inspection. These guys are scum. If my husband didn't own an auto business, this would have cost someone $15000 on top of the purchase price of $28,000. We've asked over and over for them to please send a taillight considering the car was sold to us un-inspectable because of that and the check engine light. read more

They offered a discount based on our pre-purchase inspection, then refused to honor it at closing. Clearly thought because we liked the car, they could force us to pay more. These people are useless. I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler. They sold me a junk car. After a week of using it, the check engine light came on. They told me that since I had an extended warranty, I should make a claim against them. I put it on 1100 miles and the engine blew up. I called the extended warranty company, and it doesn't cover it because they knew about the problem with the engine. So, this dealer is useless. Buy your car from a reliable dealer. read more

I tried leaving a zero-star review, but Google wouldn't allow me. I bought a used 2015 Infiniti QX60 end of April 2025. I've never had any problems buying used vehicles. I expect that when I purchase a vehicle, I shouldn't have any issues with it for a while because it should be maintained. I wouldn't desire to give someone a vehicle, charge them the full KBB price, and then have them spend thousands on it after their purchase. Just like another reviewer, I was told to go to the warranty which they excessively pushed. I didn't even have to get one for my last vehicle, a 2013 Dodge Journey, which I still have today, thankfully. The vehicle shuddered horribly and scarily so at low speeds and then it began to vibrate tremendously going about 70mph. They wouldn't do anything to rectify the situation, despite texting Bob, I couldn't get a call from the manager. I was only told that the manager was made aware. Turns out the transmission mounts and engine mounts were damaged and the engine was bouncing around while driving! How is that for a so-called thorough inspection that they say was completed? The control arms are all worn out and need replacing. The spark plugs are all bad and need replacing causing engine misfires. This could have easily been detected if they had inspected it thoroughly and not just a fly-by-night state inspection. One out of four tires is bad which affects AWD vehicles and transmissions. The engine mounts cost $3600, and the warranty only covered some of it, leaving me to pay $1100 out of pocket when I just paid $10K cash for this vehicle. The control arms are not covered by the warranty which is another $1700. The tune-up needed is another $1200. I'm fresh out of bankruptcy and needed to get a reliable vehicle. I trusted these individuals and it was broken severely. Worst is that they don't want to do anything about it and act like they didn't know anything. They are the ones who sold me the car. They should know more about it. I drove two hours to go to the dealership because of the reviews. Apparently, high reviews can't always be trusted anymore. I'm left with a vehicle that I paid for in good faith that needs more work done on it to rectify a problem the dealer should have known. I had my vehicle for 3 weeks before giving it up for another 3 weeks to be diagnosed and repaired. I'm in search of a lawyer because this isn't right, and it's not how business should be conducted. Please beware when purchasing a car from this dealership. Bring someone with you that understands what a good used vehicle is and make sure to check under the hood. I purchased my vehicle December 2022 and drove away with issues. The car would not accelerate properly and when I called them, I was instructed to pull over on the highway to turn off the vehicle for a few seconds and turn it back on. He said " we filled it up and it may be the gas. Drive it home and let us know if you have anymore issues". I had the issue several times after trying to make contact via email and phone sometimes I could reach someone and other times I couldn't and did not get email replies back. I brought the vehicle to them over the Christmas holiday and they said they fixed a sensor. That did not work and the car started getting stuck in gear and sometimes it would accelerate while driving. I brought the car back again and they drove it to another shop to fix the issue but didn't tell me where or what part. I asked to return the car and was told I couldn't and since I purchased a good extended warranty I need to bring it to a Nissan dealership. Found out that the engine and transmission was covered in sludge/build up and the car needed 7 parts fixed. read more

Please adhere to my warning and do not be this company's next victim. Is like rolling the dice, you might get a great car and wonderful service or you might get what I got. Over 10k in debt and no car to show for it. This place took advantage of me and ruined my life. Tried to buy a car to work with, and better my life but just put myself into thousands of dollars in debt and no vehicle to work with. I am in a far worse situation after dealing with this company then I have ever been in my life. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles and they do not take pride in customer service or satisfaction like they say. They will never call you back even if you call and leave 100 messages. I had to block my number and give a fake name just to get someone on the phone. Read the reviews from other sources besides Google. Alot of people had the same happen to them or worse. This place has straight up stolen deposits. I will keep sharing my experience on multiple platforms with this dealership until my ending days just to try and save as many people as I can from being victims of this dealership.
