0/5 I had to edit my first review because at the beginning…read morethey treat you extremely well just to win you over and sell you the car. Once the deal is done, everything changes and the service becomes awful. No interest, no respect, and very poor customer service. Terrible experience. Worst dealer I've ever dealt with. Customer service is absolutely awful. They say one thing and do another. There is zero transparency, no communication between their own staff, and they are extremely dishonest during the negotiation process. We came to get our stuff AND THEY STOLE A COACH BAG I had in the back seat! Can you believe that???? We were misled and deceived with the contract. When we asked for a copy of the contract (which is our right), instead of helping us, they blocked us from their phones and completely cut off communication. Nothing ever gets resolved -- nobody takes responsibility. When we told them we would go to the DMV to clarify the situation, their response was unprofessional and aggressive: "Do whatever you want", and they stated they would not return the vehicle. On top of that, they told us we had financing through an external lender, only for us to later find out that they secretly put us into in-house financing without our consent or knowledge. This is extremely unethical. DO NOT accept their in-house financing -- it is the worst mistake you can make. This dealership operates with deception, poor ethics, and complete disregard for customers. Save yourself the stress, the time, and the money. Stay far away from this place.

Very friendly, and 100% willing to work with you. Looked at about five different Sequoias at five different dealerships and nobody wanted to work with us. We came to this location and I must say it impressed me. They fixed the items on the vehicle and then some and dropped the price twice for me. Great and easy to work with my thanks to Leo (manager) of the dealership was great! There were a few small things here and there. But Leo made sure it was corrected and was in good communication with me regarding updates and other questions I had. Great manager. But if you're looking for a used car always do your homework and understand what you need to look at/for. And make an educated decision you could walk away with a diamond or could end up with a lump of coal. Good luck out there especially with new car prices going up $$$.

We were looking at a CRV he had for sale that he claimed was his father's car and had no issues. We test drove it and it drove fine so we put 800 down to hold the car and came back with 5200 that I got from the insurance. Not even 15 minutes away, the car would not accelerate and three different engine lights came on. This happened TWICE! My fiancé hooked up a code reader and apparently the engine wasn't getting oil. Needless to say I almost got into an accident driving this car. I'm crying and my fiancé is begging the dealer to give us our money back. And when we finally got back to the dealer he said it was the tires that was why the car wouldn't accelerate. Oh give me a break! He only gave us 5200 of our 6000 back and that's only because he hadn't cashed the check yet. Really sad that people are willing to lie and cheat others just to make a paycheck! I'm disgusted that my unborn son was in that car. I do not trust this place with anything in me. I may be young but I know when something is not right with a car and please don't waste my time saying it was just the tires. Complete and total joke!

I wish I could give 0 starts. This might be the most unprofessional interaction I've ever had with…read moresomeone representing a dealership. I contacted this dealership about their 2019 Toyota Camry and made an offer based on the cars condition, multiple accidents in different occasion. They had every right to reject it, counter it, or simply tell me we were too far apart. Instead, their Finance Manager ( his name is Omid Ali) responded: "Kick rocks dude." Yes. The Finance Manager. When I called out how disrespectful and unprofessional that was, instead of recognizing that maybe this wasn't an appropriate way to speak to someone contacting his business about buying a vehicle, he doubled down: "As far as I know you're not even close to a potential customer." And when I mentioned that I had screenshots of the conversation, his next response was: "Ohhhhhhh nooooooooooooooo not the screenshots." You genuinely can't make this stuff up. Apparently, making an offer this Finance Manager doesn't like means you're no longer considered a potential customer and therefore don't deserve even basic professional communication. Let me be clear: I'm not upset because they rejected my offer. Reject it. Counter it. Tell me the price is firm. That's business. What I'm reviewing is the way someone holding the title of Finance Manager chose to represent this dealership when he didn't like a customer's number. And before anyone thinks I'm exaggerating or leaving out the part that matters, I'm attaching the screenshots. You don't have to take my word for anything. Read the exchange yourself. Ironically, he mocked me for keeping the screenshots. I'm actually glad he did, because they allow his own words to speak for him better than anything I could write here. If this is how you're treated before they have your money, I'll leave it to prospective customers to decide how much confidence that inspires about what happens afterward. I came looking to negotiate on a used Camry. I left with absolutely no interest in giving this business a dollar. Mr. Finance Manager (Omid Ali), when you happen to find yourself in a professional position like this, try learning two basics: respect and how negotiations work. Neither costs you anything. I certainly won't be spending my money here and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!
